The rude, ignorant receptionist needs to learn how to tell time. Waiting 1.5 hours to see the doctor is unacceptable.

Waiting time is ridiculous and issues aren't resolved, pushes allergy pills instead of shots, and again, waiting time is ridiculous, here with my 85 yr old mom, let's see what the Dr says...to be continued.

5 stars because Dr. Robinowitz has been treating me since I was about 13… I’m now 27 and he’s amazing. But zero stars on his receptionist that has been nasty/rude to me since the age of 13. She needs to get fired or let her voluntarily retire.

For starters pre covid they would make you wait hours to get into to see the Dr. They had me come in at 8am to a scheduled appointment just to tell me he would no longer be treating me because I didn’t get my blood work done the last time I was there. They took my co pay and will likely bill my insurance company for something that could have been told to me over the phone. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Its a shame for the doctors reviews to suffer because of other staff members. Dr. Rabinowitz is fantastic & bedside manor is awesome...especially with children. He is very knowledgeable & caring! We had an excellent experience with THE DOCTOR am very please with the care he provided for my children!
