Rotem Dental Care's Online Review Report Card

Very welcoming place. Had a potential emergency and they squeezed me in right away. State of the art dental facility. I was looking for a new dentist and I have found one.

My name is Russ. My family and I have been patience’s at Rotem dental for years. myself, my wife, my twin sons, and my grandson. And I can’t tell you how many other people I sent there over the years. My one son recently was having problems there, they keep saying he owed money, and he would get the paperwork to show the insurance company paid them. The last time he was there with my grandson, they wouldn’t work on him oh my Grandson they said he owed money. this time he got upset, why wasn’t I told this before I came here you guys were all paid by the insurance company. they kept saying no he kept saying yes, and he gotten insulted Buy them calling him a deadbeat in front of his son. They told him to leave which he did. He then returned with paperwork to show them. He was paid up-to-date. They said yes you are. They checked on it. No apologies just said yes they checked on it. a week after that I received a letter from rotem’s wife Janet Stating they didn’t want me to go there any longer. I called them up and said you must’ve got me confused with my son Dominick. check your records last time I was there was May 19 my birthday for a cleaning. I’m scheduled to come back November 4. why would I get a letter now late September when the last time I was there in May no problems.They checked no you’re no longer on the LIST To be here in November. This is a mistake. And I can’t believe you took me off the scheduling list. I want to talk to the manager now. They put me on hold came back, Nobody can talk to me now. Somebody will call me next week. That was two weeks ago. Nobody ever called me or sent me any letters. the letters I received just have Janet on It won’t have the last name because that is Dr Rotem‘s wife who runs the office. OK it’s been two weeks. I’ll take my money and my family will go someplace else. so my advice to you is if you have any problems at this place They will not call you back they don’t care how long you’ve been going there. Terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service.

Do not waste your time here. They rescheduled my appointment without contacting me, their equipment kept malfunctioning causing me extra pain and everything had to keep being redone. Dr had an attitude because I was extremely anxious.

Everyone at Rotem is extremely considerate, and also very nice. interoffice communication is terrific as well as their personal notes about patient preferences. Make visits as comfortable as possible...cause NOBODY LIKES to go to the dentist!

If going to the dentist can be made a pleasant experience, you have somehow been successful in achieving it! I have a referral to someone I know! Do you have an incentive policy to encourage me to do so?

Very nice patient friendly facility. A bit out of the way but worth the trip. They are open on Saturdays. I will definitely go back.

I always feel at ease at Dr. Rotem. Whether it's a cleaning or a filling, I know I'm in good hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I knew I made the right decision , when I decided to become a Rotem patient.

Professional, prompt, and clean. Considerate. They exhaust all possibilities for financing. Great job!
