List of Scott Cohen's Reviews
Unfortunate for me I have been to this office many times. Everyone and I mean Everyone is compassionate communicative and efficient. Doctor Cohen can not retire. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Very nice doctor. Takes the time to explain things.
I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and the staff was amazing from check in to nurses , anesthesiologists, and doctors
Wife was in Hospital. Dr cohen associate treated her during her stay. Was told to make a appointment in 2 weeks. Called today she has a primary insurance and Medicare as secondary. Was told the office won’t see her because they don’t take Medicare , I said that the primary would be ok. The office told me because of the Medicare they will not see her. I asked how come she was seen in the hospital then ? I got a response it doesn’t matter. So his staff treats her In the hospital then won’t see her in the office. That’s Horrible so now my wife has a medical issue and we need to start from scratch with no paperwork of treatment. Stay away from these Doctors
Went above and beyond for my husband. Original scope test showed nothing but Dr Cohen did not ignore symptoms and referred us for testing further at Cooper.
was seeing him for 6 months and he was treating me for something i never had. he put me on meds that had to be ordered from canada which put me in the hospital with heart issues. finally did a test for what he was treating for to only find out i didn't have. and instead of him calling me with my results, the desk lady calls to tell him. he wouldn't get on the phone to talk to me and wanted to see a pa instead of him. totally blew me off.
I’ve been going to Dr Cohn for a few years now. I’m in love with him and his staff. Never have a met a more caring and knowledgeable staff and doctor. He spends as much time as needed to help me understand the problem and the best solutions.
He is an excellent Gastrointestinal Doctor. Very concerned about your issues. Takes his time. Very kind.
Doctor is very matter of fact. Not the best bedside manner but I guess you always know what you are going to get? The office staff had always been nasty. Bunch of older women that do not do for the patient. They make you schedule your own surgeries and procedures, make you call places for info and call them back and god forbid you need them to fax something for you..:do Not believe them when they say thy are going to take care of it for you bc you will be wasting your time. I left my son home with my disabled mother to go get a test done at th hospital on a Saturday morning only to get here, have to pay for parking and couldn’t even have the testing done bc they never did what they said they would do it “right now” and low and behold that was a lie. I am now leaving the hospital after waiting in lines like always at this hospital, paying for parking I should’ve never had to pay for and again, having to leave my son with my poor disabled mother. (My son is too much for her to handle altho she loves him immensely) I have dealt with the office now only 4 times and this is the lack of respect I’ve received from the women who run the office, the Dr and the overall lack of care for the patients will be the very reason these reviews continue to be pathetic. Do yourself a favor and find a caring office that won’t screw your over and will actually make your appointments with the hospital etc instead of making you, the patient, do THEIR job for them!!!! Lazy!
I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for a little over a year and my husband became a patient very recently. He took great care to not jump to conclusions on a diagnosis and did all the testing before sharing results. I respect him for this because many doctors will say it could be this or that and you worry until the results come in. He takes time with you, answers all of your questions and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him. Linda Schroeck-Connors

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
