Very impressed with his office staff. He was thorough and not hurried and discussed health issues that went beyond my original reason for coming into see him. I would highly recommend him.

He literally saved the life of a loved one.

I believe he ordered unnecessary tests. Prescribed medication that caused more damage to my hearing. When I called he was out of the office and never got a callback.

I like Dr Kuperberg but they overbook severely. I had an appointment this past April, in Toms River. Parking lot was full to the limit. When I went in, there were at least 30 patients with masks on, many in wheelchairs waiting to be seen. Terrible. I had to leave as I had another doctor appointment in Manahawkin 2 hours later and the receptionist told me I probably would not make it. The other doctor office was closed, so all the patients were for Dr K. Not fair to patients. Not the first occurrence either.

I was happy and very satisfied with my appt. He took his time answered my questions. I felt my anxiety level was less when I learned of my dynamics of cat scan. The office was great getting a cat scan approved. I would recommend him to everyone who just wants some answers .. amazing ...

This was a first time visit and despite the worries everything went well. We had a very bad experience in the past and my child was traumatized to say the least. Dr. Kupferberg was very professional and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. He was very precise when examining and his expertise showed during the evaluation. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. (Manasquan location) I am pleased that I had found this Dr and I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family.

I went there yesterday. This was the first time that I was ever at this type of doctor. I didn't know what to expect. Dr. K. was awesome. He was so nice. He answered all my questions. I was not nervous at all. He's very knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does. His staff was very sweet, also. They didn't rush me, like most places. I highly recommend this practice.

I was a patient at Lakehurst Rd. Called with an ear infection today and was told I couldn’t be seen because I was a new patient. I explained I had to fly tomorrow and needed to be seen. The assistant couldn’t care less and said I was a new patient. If I saw this doctor several times I am not a new patient. Maybe I need to update my records which by the way everything is the same and she never asked me that. IM NOT A NEW PATIENT. New patient is when you have never been to that doctor yet. I worked as a medical assistant and the doctor I worked with would never turn a patient in pain away.

Dr.Kupferberg is fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, he takes his time to explain and makes sure you understand. I’ve been seeing him for over a year for some sever sinus issues. He eventually performed surgery and I had a great experience. The only negative thing I could say is not about Dr. Kupferberg but about his office... I wait 45min+ every single time I have an appointment. It doesn’t matter if it’s TR or Manasquan his staff doesn’t seem to schedule properly. I deal with the scheduling because I trust Dr.Kupferberg so much and think he is a fabulous doctor.

This Dr is extremely rude. Upon my first appointment he didn't even look at me, sat down and went through his shpeel about himself. I told him my concerns and why I was there. He proceeded to "diagnose" me without listening and then after actually looking at my nose went "oh you're right there is something there". He then proceeded to be snide and tell me how he doesn't have xray vision so he is ordering a CT scan. After my next appointment telling me I needed a procedure, continued to be very short and rude with an overall nasty demeanor. I left and ended up calling him a few days later to ask him questions about it. I called a second time because I still wasn't understanding and was met with "how do you not understand this?" From that point on I no longer had the desire to ask questions or speak with this condescending human again. If I am having surgery on my face I should be able to ask any and all questions and have all concerns be met with an explanation in a professional manner
