4 months ago, my daughter had breast reduction surgery. Dr. Small did not rush the surgery, as he wanted to make sure my daughter was 100% in the know and truly ready for the surgery. It was almost a 2 year process. We began exploring a breast reduction at 16. She had the surgery at 18 and what a game changer it has been for her. No more back pain, no more migraines, and no more tears when trying on clothes. He was so good from consultations, to surgery, and to follow-ups. The entire staff is amazing, especially, Micky. Thank you for making my daughter's life better.

I had the best experience with Dr Smal! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my decision to get a mini tummy tuck. I felt extremely confident with him as my surgeon. My results came out excellent, they would call to see if I was OK constantly, always there to help me!I’ve been to other plastic surgeons for plastic surgery, but Dr Smal was the best ever!

Terrible experience from the dr to the staff.

I had my upper and lower eyelids done with Dr Small on March 10,2022. He did a wonderful job! He was thorough in explaining the procedure before the surgery and his staff is wonderful as well! I had very little discomfort after the surgery and healed very quickly. I would have been able to return to work in 10 days, but luckily I am retired. I highly recommend this practice and will return for future cosmetic procedures!

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Dr Small and his staff. I had a lot of questions during my 1st consultation, and he spent more than an hour going over my every concern. This doctor will also be honest with you in terms of what can be done realistically. Now I'm almost 4 months past my procedure and I couldn't be happier. I feel much more confident in my body now. I was very excited to have a consult with the doctor after seeing his work and what looks like an eye for perfectionism. I was told by the receptionist I lived too far away. There are not qualified doctors in my area and I'm a 3 hour drive. While I do not discount the severity of surgery, the truly hard work had already been done at a hospital 2 1/2 hours away. A hotel local as an option should have offered too. I'm very disappointed with this doctor's, or at least his receptionist's, small minded thinking. I also feel the tone in which the receptionist spoke to me lacked respected and common sense.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Small. It was my first time getting botox and he and his staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time they took to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend!!!

Dr Small did a masterful reconstruction of my nose following a serious MOHs surgery. He’s a highly skilled surgeon with an excellent staff.

I also feel the tone in which the receptionist spoke to me lacked inappropriate & her logic was idiotic. I received a response from their office that in no way applied to me. I am in no way recovering from recent surgery, or a complex case. I have not been diagnosed with "complications". The receptionist knew I am fine at the moment. If there are not qualified surgeons in my area I will seek the care of those relatively nearby whom are qualified. Their reply added insult to injury & appears to me to be a lie to cover up the receptionist's rudeness and lack of common sense.
