Great bedside manners, very informative and caring. Never feel rushed

This is based upon my first visit with Dr. Lowry. Dr. Lowry was very professional yet cordial and approachable which made me feel more at ease and comfortable. He answered all my questions regarding the operation I need. He also explained follow-up, healing time, precautions as well as possible problems and how he would address them...I now feel comfortable with Dr. Lowry as my surgeon. As stated, it is my first visit, {operation will be soon} but I don't know how any other physician could do a better job explaining what I needed to be done and how they will accomplish the task. The Staff was also friendly and helpful.

I see I'm not the only one who made a call to the doctor office to be yelled at by the appointment lady, saying "march". When I said thats fine, she said "hello" a few times, and hung up on me. It seemed so hastily hung up that I was astonished at what just happened. I called back and was forced into voice-mail. You guys should probably look into that, she is the reason I'm not going to this office.

I can’t really say how the doctor is because we didn’t get that far. My husband called to make an appointment and spoke to some nasty lady at the front desk who kept yelling “FEBRUARY!” into the phone. If that’s how by you speak to people, you shouldn’t be in customer service. He called her out on her attitude and she denned it. I’ve worked in a doctor’s office for 18 years and I would never talk to people like that. Replace that woman or give her a lesson on how to speak to people who are calling because of sensitive issues. What a disgrace.

Can’t say enough about Dr Lowery and his staff. Our first meeting was in the ER and he couldn’t have more thorough with his explanation and plan. My husband needed a stay in the hospital for a solid week before surgery could be done. Dr lowery and his associates touched base with my husband throughout his stay. Afterwards, we had an office visit. The staff was terrific and extremely helpful and kind. Dr lowery explained everything explicitly, then stepped back and asked if there were any questions. He answered every question, told us if there was anything else to call him. When there was a situation that we needed to speak to him he returned our call and put us at ease. The surgery was scheduled and done by Dr Lowery and couldn’t have gone smoother. He was amazing on every front.

Big Mistake.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Doctor I HIGHLY recommend Him. He explained EVERYTHING to Me so I could understand before & after My Surgery.

Receptionist is rude and as far as i am concerned does not follow the advice of the doctor. I went to the doctor a few years back. i was in pain from Hemorrhoids but could not get an appointment for I think it was a week or two later. He’s performed surgery on me twice and I wouldn’t want anyone else.
