I hear the Dr. is great, but I have called the office 6x and left messages to get an appointment and I have never recieved a phone call back. Maybe needs new Staff in the office

Taken in exactly at my appointment time. Doctor Ferlise came into the room within 5 minutes and sat down to go over my paperwork and tests. Did not feel rushed at all and seemed like he took everything very seriously. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, I have many specialists for my health care. Dr. Ferlise is one of the very few who call me back when I have a question. This is a very "Caring" man. He talks to me as a "Person" and not just a patient.

Fantastic. I had prostate surgery for BPH by Dr. Ferlise and I could not have had a better experience. He is a caring, compassionate and highly skilled surgeon and makes you feel very comfortable and confident. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Dr. Ferlise is a fabulous doctor. He is compassionate and caring and explains issues in a very calming and down to earth way. After spending the night in the emergency room for pain related to kidney stones, I contacted Victor's office in the morning to schedule an appointment as I was directed to do by hospital staff. I called in the morning and received the recording that I was 5th in the que and waited 40 minutes to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. When I was 1st in the que I was bounced to a voicemail to leave a message (this was after the 40 minute wait.) I left a message and waited another 40 minutes to get a call back. I missed the call ( I was busy passing the stones) so I called the office again only to learn that I was again 4th in the que. I called back and this time pressed the extension which was for people who were at a hospital ( I was only discharged a few hours prior) Staff employee Amanda answered the phone. I explained that I was a previous patient and that I was in pain and had spent the night in the ER. She began to lecture me that I pressed the wrong extension to speak to som

I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone from the front office and especially with Dr Ferlise. I highly recommend him for he is very thorough, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner.
