His staff was lovely, the doctor himself initially was not very kind. He spoke over me, was not empathetic and seemed to almost not care at all. He didn’t have much information but considering my situation i understood he would need records and asked for a general timeline in which he was rude. We were kind of going back and forth between “i’ve had this testing as well as this and it came back fine” to “well i don’t have anything to go off of so i can’t help you. i can’t make any opinions” which is fine and understandable, but it is not hard to be nice and show a bit of care. I kind of had to return his attitude and be a little ill for him to actually listen and then make a plan going forward. Next time i met with him was much better and he moved with urgency, I moved states and he completed my referral for the neuro ophthalmologist. Overall he isn’t a bad doctor but with me at least he did not start on the right foot which was not a good feeling considering my eye sight was in danger.

I was diagnosed for cataract extraction and lens inserted in July 25 visit.I was notified that my Right eye will be done first and then left. I was scheduled for August 23 visit for final review. Surprisingly I was told my left eye will be done on September 9 and right eye on September 23. On September 9 per-op preparation my eyes were not ready after two Dilution, so four Dilution, were done. I was I formed my extraction and insertion will be a five minutes process. After surgery nothing was discussed. On September 10 Post Op visit I was told it took 30 minutes and vision was zero. After ten days I am still having blurry vision instead of 20/20 vision.

It has been 2 days that I'm trying to get thru to reschedule an appointment!. I'm put on hold and even hung up on! This is very unprofessional. I worked for several doctor offices in the area and if I ever did that I would be written up! Unacceptable

I went to Dr. Lankani about 18years ok, need my eyes checked. Lo and behold Dr Lankani and assistant Aubrey were one in the same. Treated me very well as usual. Dr.Lankani’s staff is excellent and very professional. I know a lot of people go to him and they say the same!!! Thank you Aubrey and Dr. Lankani for patience and kindness.

“Extremely reassuring”! Professional and engaging. Listened to my concerns and addressed them with compassion and professionalism…while reassuring! And most importantly, looked me straight in the eyes while explaining in detail my case!

People at this office are very nice, busy and still nice, they are very professional. Dr Lakhani definitely knows his stuff....he gets right to the point, you get your diagnosis, and discusses what needs to be done. Very busy, but cordial.

I came to Dr Lakahni for a check up due to family history. He is amazing professional and extremely knowledgeable I totally trusted him. He did top technology testing with No dilation drops I was so happy. Mahavir Pitta was my scribe tech she is way beyond her years so kind, professional and knew her job going above and beyond. I appreciate them both and the office is ran incredible smoothly it's impressive.
