Easy appointments and minimal wait time

I always go to Kinder Pediatric urgent care, but I would like to recognized that with now the new normality with Covid ..it's hard to find a place where they want to see you in person and really check the patient even your own pediatrician. Consequently, Yesterday we had a really good, professional and care service at this facility starting with the lady at the front desk, who was very attentive and answered all my questions; to the gentleman/ nurse who was concerned about my son and performed all the tests needed very professional, kind and promptly. Lastly, Doctor Amy who gave us all the explanations without rushing, who really checked my son and found out what was needed for a proper treatment. Thumbs up for all the staff and this facility in Totowa.

This place is the worst. One of the nurses did a covid test on my child once and made him bleed. The doctor had no patience for my child and also was very rough. Wouldn’t recommend this place, try PM pediatrics!

Insane waiting hours (2 hours with a sick child!!) after repeatedly checking and calling prior to visiting. I will avoid this location if I have an option. The staff kept calling people who were not in the queue ahead of us prolonging the frustration. The overall experience was subpar. This was a PRETTY BAD.

Staff was super helpful. Fast service. Waited in my car until it was our turn to be seen. Even on new years eve when people were scrambling to get tested! Friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

The girl on the front and the guy on the front for the reception are outstanding they have so much patient an answer all the question even though it was super busy thank you 😊

This place is terrible with covid results. They don’t call and when you call no one to answer your calls. Just terrible
