Our first visit experience was terrible, she was inattentive. Instead of building a rapport and fully listening to us she kept texting on her phone then repeating the question we just answered. Our second visit she kept making sighing noises, putting her hands on her head as if she was annoyed. I was trying to read her the information from my child's IEP Service Plan and she kept sighing and talking over me stating what I was reading her was telling her nothing without me being able to complete my sentence. I did ask her to stop being rude as it was unprofessional and unhelpful. She was then quiet and I was able to give her the needed information. Then when I asked for her to repeat the name of the medication she was recommending so I can research as I am not going to put my child on a medication without looking up clinical studies for her age, she informed me not to research and stated "you are either going to put her on the medication or not". I am very dissatisfied with her services.

SO rude and unaccomadating. Do not visit this office.

We took my eight year old son for an eval. The appointment was 90 minutes of me re-counting his entire life while she looked mildly interested. She even took a personal call from her college age child during our apt. He recommendations were so general I could've just visited the pediatrician! Just received a $900 bill...insane!!

How can anyone who wants to help kids not take ANY insurance? I think the kid in Saving Sammy was helped more by anti psychotic meds and therapy than antibiotics if you read between the lines. Anyone can prescribe antibiotics. She jumped on the Pandas bandwagon and was no help to us. Didn't seem genuinely knowledgable at all or compassionate.

It was most memorable that no attempt at all was made to develop rapport or to actually speak to my child. We made a huge effort to provide information and to attend appointments on time and were charged several hundred dollars. The dr spent less than five minutes with our child and never fave us a written report that we could take to other providers and my child's school. The whole experience was demoralizing and very disappointing as we had some expectations of help with at very least a workable diagnosis.

Dr nicolaidus saved my daughter's life. We flew across the United States just to see her. She specializes in PANDAS and was single-handedly the reason my daughter is able to function today. I highly reccomend this doctor if your personal research leads you to a possible PANDAS diagnosis. Yes, she is expensive, but you can't put a price on your child's health!

This doctor doesnot takes any insurance and is very expensive. We waited for 3 months to get appointment and she charged us $1200 in total and scheduled for 3 visits. Overall, we were not happy with her recommendations and did not help us much.
