My family and I have been with Dr. Pacia for over 25 years. He is very caring, a good listener and extremely thorough. Very responsive and efficient staff, especially Tess and Vivian, Office Manager. Excellent is not enough to describe the practice and management. We are so happy and lucky to have and trust our healthcare needs with them!

He’s the most caring and kind doctor. Excellent diagnostician and listener. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr Pacia shows great concern for patents. His front desk staff are focused on addressing scheduling and other issues. Have recommended Dr. Pacia's office to friends and family. Offers in-office blood testing to prepare for visit.

I would never EVER recommend anyone to this practice. The whole entire staff is EXTREMELY RUDE including Dr. Pacia himself and front desk lady, Tess . Stay away from this doctors office.

If I could leave negative I would. I went here as a kid and tried to return after leaving the military and was told 3 different stories of why they wouldn’t take me on as a patient. All I called for was a physical. They proceeded to say we can’t take you you always call for emergencies. Once I told them I haven’t been there the last 15 years the reason changed. The management or doctor or whoever controls this is terrible.

I was a patient with Dr Pacia 3 ears ago while being treat in Hamilton hospital, and subsequently in his office. After an emergency visit to RWJ Hamilton hospital 3 weeks ago I was advised to make an appointment with him. The only appointment I could get twas for 2 1/2 weeks later Thursday July 29 at 2:00 pm. I called early that morning to see if there had been any cancellations so that I could possibly arrive earlier due to impending storms. I was advised that my appt was actually for Wed July 28. This is impossible since I had previously made other appointments for that date with an other doctor. When I asked for another appointment they said, rather rudely, that he was not taking on new patients, I told them I was NOT a new patient and why was I given an appt 2 weeks ago. The rude voice said they were not taking new patients and the called was ended. While I liked Dr Pacia, he must be made aware of the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of his staff.

He's a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring doctor who is ready to listen and to offer sage advice. Goes beyond just prescribing medicine--also offers up alternative options that he's carefully researched and often tried himself before recommending. Very responsive.

Doctor Pacia has been my primary physician for many years. He and his office staff are friendly and concerned and very adaptable to his patients. Have recommended him to others. Offers good leads on referrals.
