Excellent, professional, and clean! Dr. Ogolo called me the NEXT day with my blood results! My last primary Dr. for over 10 years you would call numerous times leave several messages then maybe weeks later you would get your results! Wait time was about 10 mins. The front desk staff very efficient and pleasant! 3 YEARS LATER STILL THE BEST DOCTOR & PROFESSIONAL STAFF!

Horrible front desk staff not all but one in specific that always picks up the phone is extremely rude. 3 of my family members left this Doctor because of the unprofessionalism, the Doctor is great, the front desk is not!

Waited for 1hr and 30 min they never call my mom until we decided to go home without seeing the dr. Front dest service is horrible.

TERRIBLE customer service from the front desk clerk. Long wait and no explanation why. No apology or courtesy. You wait over one hour in the reception just to be called in to wait another 1 hour at the doctors examination office at back. Sub par physical and visit is not worth the wait at all. Save yourself the trip and see another doctor.

Best doctor in town!!!The staff does a great job handling your appointments and personal needs. There are some negative reviews about the wait but we have to understand that he is a good doctor that’s why so many people want to be seen by him. People have different concern about their health; so it may take a minute to see a patient with a common cold than someone that just had a heart attack. The staff is great and helpful.

Dr Ogolo is a great doctor. The main problem is the staff. The people at the front desk don’t care about the patients their attitude is ridiculous. I didn’t even want to change doctors but I can’t be around people with such attitudes. They need some training I also work in the medical field & I know how to treat people because at the end of the day the patients comes first.
