BEST front staff, they are so helpful and they help with everything that i need. they even sent a fax for me when i needed my papers sent to my job. Chichi and angie go above and beyond. The doctor could fall behind a little bit, thats why i think there are some negative reviews left but over all he is a good dr. I recommend Dr Ogolo and his front staff!!

Horrible front desk staff not all but one in specific that always picks up the phone is extremely rude. 3 of my family members left this Doctor because of the unprofessionalism, the Doctor is great, the front desk is not!

Waited for 1hr and 30 min they never call my mom until we decided to go home without seeing the dr. Front dest service is horrible.

Great doctor! Dr. Ogolo is a compassionate, professional and reliable doctor that has been taking care of my health care needs for the past 3 years. Exam rooms are always clean and his staff members are polite and professional.

TERRIBLE customer service from the front desk clerk. Long wait and no explanation why. No apology or courtesy. You wait over one hour in the reception just to be called in to wait another 1 hour at the doctors examination office at back. Sub par physical and visit is not worth the wait at all. Save yourself the trip and see another doctor.

Excellent, professional, and clean! Dr. Ogolo called me the NEXT day with my blood results! My last primary Dr. for over 10 years you would call numerous times leave several messages then maybe weeks later you would get your results! Wait time was about 10 mins. The front desk staff very efficient and pleasant!
