I've been a patient of Dr. Mukkavilli's for over 10 years. I have back issues that were impacting my day-to-day activities and my hindering my ability to work. She is thoughtful, helpful and explains things thoroughly. I trust her 100% and appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond to help me. i just wanted to say thank you, Dr Mukkavilli and if you're looking for an excellent doctor that treats you like a human being and not a number, look no further. Shes one of the best! Thank you

She is the best psychiatrist in the area...she is patient, caring and concerned about your wellbeing. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to rid themselves of anxiety and depression.

I have never been so disappointed by a doctor before. Despite the fact that Dr. Mukkavilli is not a psychiatrist,the office determined it would be reasonable to meet with Dr. Mukkavilli for a psychiatric appointment. She asked me the same questions repeatedly, despite my answering them each time, as if she wasn't listening at all. She has terrible bedside manner, often talked condescendingly, and appeared aloof. I asked her multiple times to ensure that the medicine she was prescribing for me had a generic, as my insurance is pretty terrible. She had no knowledge about what my options were, and ended up prescribing me something which had no generic. I only found this out, however, once I had driven to my pharmacy, 20 minutes away. I had to return to the office, where she wrote me a new prescription, but this time she wrote it for something that doesn't exist (extended release instead of sustained release). Once again, I returned to the pharmacy, was told about the error, and had to return to the office for a third time. This process took nearly 3 hours in all, entirely because of her incompetence as a doctor. At no point in this ridiculous process did anyone from the office apologize for the inconvenience. I am not going to continue seeing Dr. Mukkavilli or anyone else from that office in the future.
