My grand baby has an appointment today at 330. We show up at 3. So the lady say what is the baby here for how don’t you no. And then tell me she’s not due into December 21 why couldn’t you tell me that while I was making the appointment so basically I came here for nothing then you say you don’t see people after 230 it’s 3 o’clock my appointment was for 330 I’m confuse December 21 you guys are not working December 21 because that is too close to Christmas lazy lazy lazy and lazy

En cambio la clínica de la Bellevue Henry j.a mil veces mejor buenísima y rápida atención....
Still the very worst place ever fo not tske the word of the drs here they do not do there job they sre unprofessional takes forwver after they subscribe you meds to get it fixed the supervisors do not care for what there staff does as they do not address the issues here and worst service is in the customer srrvice center they do not do there job they do not take notes the staff is very unprofessional theren highly would not recommend this place they put a sign uo saying they will be back from break at 1 pm 2 pm comes and still noone back from break or a person to even register you in after signing in just worst experience all around the board.
I went to this hospital and there are some nice nurses and doctors there for many years. They give great recommendations however I feel like this place only give few efforts to their patients. INCLUDING this white old lady who supposedly want to follow rules but my her patient cry. I’m very disappointed how this place became over the years. I hope this gets better because this place need to stop joking around and start being more focus and go more than beyond their limits.
I went to Henry j Austin on Ewing Street on Monday for a tooth ache they seen me and gave me some meds and Tuesday my whole face was swollen I called that morning the receptionist advisedme it was an emergency and someone will call me right away and it's Tuesday and no one never called so if I were u stay away from this place but I do give the receptionist a 5 stars for trying to help me
I haven't even been yet and I don't like the place. Only over the phone appointments? How does that work when I said I need referrals for a cardiologist and gastrointestinal doctor? Shouldn't I been seen in person? Never knew you could tell how someone's heart or insides were over the phone. Last time I checked a visit to the doctor was more than a conversation.Update. This place is terrible. I've been waiting a week for simple notes to be faxed over to a gastro Dr. Even called and requested them to be faxed over. Still nothing. I'll be looking to change my doctor.
Not a hospital. This place is only a call center at this point, and they will fight you tooth and nail if you try and do anything other than set up a telemedicine appointment. They're bad enough that I couldn't even get a physical or referrals for treatment I need, after multiple calls and over a month of waiting. I ended up finding another provider that was further away. Avoid at all costs.

Just started to be a patient. Worst communication. Notified me that they had to cancel my appointment advising THEY would FOLLOW UP which they did not and finally notified me to call myself and reschedule after they close. Not really looking forward to being a patient here now based on this start of experience.
Worst doctors experience I’ve ever had. After calling multiple times and having my pharmacy also call for WEEKS, they would not fill a prescription that I need or I will have physical withdrawal symptoms that are very painful. I do not recommend this place at all.

My vaccination experience was seamless, friendly, compassionate and wonderful from start to finish. Even the greeter in the parking lot smiled and welcomed me, as did everyone else. Rashi helped check me in and Theresa administered my dose with not even a pinch. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work! Your efforts embiggen us all!~Adam
I had a fantastic first Covid-19 vaccination appointment here. All of the staff were caring and super efficient. My spouse and I had appointments that were an hour apart, but they kindly took us both together for our shots and got us through the process quickly and painlessly.We are fortunate to have a gem like Henry Austin in Trenton! I look forward to my next appointment for the second dose and being part of the solution to end this terrible pandemic.
Typically I don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but my vaccine experience at Henry J Austin warrants at least that! When I registered on the state website a couple weeks ago, I don’t remember what, if anything, I did beyond that to try to secure a vaccine appt. I was surprised to get a text so quickly for an appt in 48 hours and again in 28 days!I’m not sure what I was expecting, but another reviewer said it best, the process was seamless and the staff organized & friendly! No one will ever forget the day they got their COVID vaccine and I’m fortunate to know I’ll look back on mine as a positive experience! (Not to mention I never felt the needle in my arm, Samantha)!THANK YOU so very much to the HJA staff for the work that you do and for doing it so well!!!!
The experience my wife and I had getting our COVID19 vaccines at the Henry J. Austin Center was first rate. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment time as instructed, were processed, given paperwork to do and asked to wait in our car until they called on my cell phone. 2 minutes before our scheduled appointment time, staff called. We went back in to the building and were shown to the nurse administering the vaccine. There was very little waiting. All staff were gracious, courteous and professional. We waited the required 20 minutes after the vaccine and left grateful for the vaccine and for those who cared for us.
I commend the Henry J. Austin Health Center for its administration of the COVID vaccine. I received the vaccine yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. All staff involved were professional, patient, and kind. From the moment I arrived, their friendliness and confidence put me at ease, and everything went smoothly. Thank you, HJA Health Center, for a job well done.
