Yo la verdad quede decepcionado quedaron en llamarme y no lo hicieron y ni se preocuparon por él paciente si necesitaba seguir con el servicio yo no fui para q me dieran servicio gratis
I never saw my doctor, Rachel B. Evans, while she was my primary. Because of the pandemic, which broke out right after I moved to the area, the office decided not to see any "new patients". I was already a patient of hers through my provider, but since I had not set up an appointment yet I didn't count. I called multiple times because I urgently needed a referral, but was never able to speak with my actual doctor, only a receptionist who hung up on me repeatedly and wouldn't forward any of my messages to her. I had to pay entirely out of pocket to be seen by a dermatologist for a severe skin condition, because it was impossible to get a referral from her even over the phone. I pay for health insurance, but because of Henry. J Austin I couldn't use it here. I can't earnestly review this place because I've never been, but considering it's not without a lack of trying, I can't recommend it to anyone. I'm out a lot of money because of a doctor who doesn't even know who I am or that I was ever her patient. Consider a better business model, thanks.
My personal experience with the Call Center is bad. I have to call lots of time, multiple ringing to get a rude lady on the phone that do not listen to my request day to see my Doctor. She make me feel that's it's not my appointment. It's her time, date and appointment. OMG please educate your employees to learn how to listen and answer the phone.Disappointment.
I have visited two locations of this hospital and their customers severe very poor, especially their front-end employees. They have good doctors and nurses but the front end employees don't know how to work with patients. They think everyone who goes to this hospital doesn't have insurance so they can treat you any kind of way. I worked for capital health medical center with better insurance and good doctors but Dr. Arora been my PCP.
Dr Arora is awesome just be better if she spent more time with her patients
These people are the kindest most compassionate people ever.
My name name is Tomas C., I’m using my daughter’s account to write this review. I was recommended to go to this facility due to it being a low income clinic. As I sat in the waiting room, there was no form of instruction given to me, they let me sit there for an hour and a half. When I was called in to be seen by the doctor, I was finally given forms to fill out. I asked the receptionist what took so long and he said that he has to go one by one because he gets confused. When I was seen by the doctor, I was asked an exaggerated amount of questions that were unnecessary. Finally, when it was time to conduct the procedure, the doctor proceeded to look at my mouth and said “oh, wait, you don’t have insurance!”. He also dared to question my legal presence in the U.S. So therefore I left having to pay fifty dollars for a lack of service. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone having that their service is terrible and they do not take their patients seriously.
Great service!
The rude Latina receptionist with the glasses, honestly needs to be let go. She makes setting an appointment unbearable and literally yelled at me over the phone.
Me gusta por su atencion personal al cliente

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
