Saw her once and will never go back. Very rude and dismissive. Acted like you are a waste of her time. Husband had the same experience with her.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a physician. She was the Dr. on call several months ago when my wife was suffering with COVID and I had to call the answering service three times (once every half hour) because she wouldn't call me back. The only way I was able to get her on the phone was by the answering service conferencing her in. So after an hour and a half she got on the phone and was immediately condescending in her tone. She asked no questions about my wife's symptoms, any prescriptions she was on or any other medication she'd taken. I had to tell her all of that to which she replied "well, I'm not sure what you want me to do at 1:40 in the morning." She made sure to remind me of the time a second time during our short conversation which made it clear she had zero interest in fulfilling her on-call duties. At the end of the call I asked for her name - because she never gave it to me - and she told me then spelled it out with a very arrogant tone as if to say she was so confident she'd handled herself properly she didn't care if I had the complete spelling of her name. Thankfully at 8am our regular office was open and we got a competent, caring doctor to speak with my wife and help her because Dr. Canales was absolutely horrible.

Found Dr. Canales back in 2016 for my Uncle… she has been the best doctor ever especially with his stubborn ways, she will get him in check! Not to mention his health is great 66yrs old no medication besides iron, and B12… I haven’t been there since his first appointment because the office provided transportation! Heaven sent thank you Dr. canales❤️

Dr. Canalas is God sent. She is a great Dr, very kind, takes time to see you, explains sickness fully and the cause. I am blessed to her as my Primary.

Maybe she should be fired. Having a patient wait 2 hours for a telemedicine app. Then she goes home never calls the patient. 2.5 hours after that a dr Chung calls. Seriously does she think she is above. I bet she wouldn’t wait for 4.5 hours for an appointment. The nurse manager blamed the front office and said she will write them up. Well they were also saying your next. So, this whole office sucks. This app was for a family member. I rather go to a vet then that office.

Dr. Canales is a great listener, kind and caring. She is straight to the point and goes out of her way for her patients. I have since brought both my parents into her practice and couldn't be happier with the care she provides for myself and my elderly parents.

I have been going to Dr.Canales for years. I absolutely love this woman. She doesn’t sugar coat anything and tells you exactly what you need to hear. Combine that with her sense of humor, she’s a hybrid of being your scolding grandmother/best friend/doting mother/protective father. She stresses the importance of you being your best advocate. You can’t go wrong with Dr.Canales.

She made my family member wait4.5 hours for a telemedicine. Then Dr. Chung finally helped him. Not acceptable. I hope her family never needs care.

My family member waited two hours for a telemedicine. The office kept saying your next. Then dr goes home 2.5 hours after that Dr. Chung did the telemedicine. So, 4.5 hour wait. I’m sorry totally unacceptable. The office manager blamed front office. Well in my opinion the whole office sucks. How dare you leave a patient with an app hanging. You would never wait. I rather go to a vet then your office. You are very unprofessional to go home and leave a patient waiting. I guess you had a weight watcher appointment and had to run.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Dr. Canales is very informative, helpful, and addresses your concerns. She is very funny and compassionate. A pleasure!
