I had made an appointment for my son as a new patient and had to cancel because he was sick, typical infant woke up with a fever. This was back in March. I’m being charged $100 fee but was never told when I made the appointment about any fees. I’ve reached out to the office several times with no response. My son was sick with a fever so we couldn’t make it. It’s a ridiculous and sneaky way to make money off of people. I wouldn’t make an appointment here. The staff was so nasty on the phone as well. Miserable people.

I wish I had pursued this and found Dr Ricketti years ago. He's helped me so much in a short period of time more than anyone's helped before with my sleep. Wonderful staff, he knows his stuff, motivated, efficient and only cares about the patients well being. Will definitely return here if possible, depending on how much I make it back to NJ after moving.

Great experience with Dr. Ricketti. Excellent bed side manner and very thorough. He was able to get to the bottom of my allergy AND sleep issues! Good with kids too! Can’t say enough good things about him! Oh and the Hamilton/Trenton office is GORGEOUS!

My initial visit was a new patient visit in the sleep medicine department. He listened and conducted a complete interview. He didn't seem annoyed or overwhelmed as many. He seemed to care and want to help. He made the referral for a new sleep study that revealed severe sleep apnea and severe persistent asthma. I am looking forward to my follow up care. So many doctors missed this or ignored it.
