Lady at the front desk is too miserable of a person to be working in healthcare. Providers are good
I was put in as a cancellation waiting 45 minutes the receptionist was very kind and helpful to me finding the place called her three times Dr Razvi was very personable and checked my ear right away I had lost all hearing he saw the problem and immediately fixed it I have very grateful for everything he did to provide me with the ability to hear again would definitely recommend him
Worst Doctor. Took terrible safety measures during Covid-19 by bringing patients in same room after being unmasked for each visit. Endoscope wasn’t covered or sanitary before use. Very rude when I asked if scope was clean.
Took a half a sick day from my job to see this doctor when I arrive they told me that the doctor left. Nobody called me to tell me that the appointment was canceled very disappointing
Extremely rude and unprofessional Has god complex also
He was rushed, pedantic, and impatient. Tests were outdated and didn't care to even try to find what was wrong with me. I have had dizziness and vertigo for over 6 months and that includes pain and headaches. I have been told by other doctors to seek someone else's opinion because he simply told me to take Tylenol for the rest of my days. He did not want to take my questions. Most useless doctor's ...
Makes no time for questions or explanations and has no interest and making a diagnosis. Rushes through some outdated tests then never follows up.
I found him very thorough and friendly. He explained things to me so that I can understand them .
Dr. Razvi is perhaps the FIRST doctor who I am excited to write a review about. Ever. I'll try to keep this short and to the point. His bedside manner was top! Warm and welcoming, he made me feel like I mattered. Dr. Razvi listened to my concerns and let me speak which is super important as the patient. He didn't brush me off, yet knew exactly what my issue was immediately (voice strain). I love that he didn't want to prescribe any drugs because my issue was more a bad habit of overusing my vocal chords rather than a medical issue. He checked out my throat (going through my nose with that small snake like instrument) and knew exactly what to look for, but also made me feel comfortable during the procedure where I didn't freak out. There's so much more to write here but I think reviews should get to the point as quickly as possible. I honestly WISH every doctor was as cool, patient, knowledgeable and amazing as Dr. Razvi. P.S. Yes, waiting room is packed and had to wait about an hour, but when you're good, you're good and there will be a waiting period. Simply do what I did. Bring some homework and get stuff done. HE'S TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
