Dr Lowe is awesome and the staff at this location is great. If not for the hassle of dealing with Cooper I would have given them 5 stars. Wait times can also be a bit crazy, seems Cooper is overbooking this office. They were very nice and rescheduled when I told them I could not wait 60-90 minutes to see the Doc. Best bet to contact the office is through the app ... the Cooper call center is not very user friendly and hold times are excessive.
Appointments are 3 weeks out and sick Appointments are 48 hours. Not the kind of care I want. What is the purpose of having a family Dr if you can never see them? Corporate money over care.
I love all my cooper doctors they are the best!
This has been a nightmare for me after switching from Jefferson. Getting through to the office is impossible. Even the pharmacy called me, apologizing for not filling my prescription because HE couldn’t get through either! AND, after my husband went over to the office to get my prescription, they sent over a dissolving pill instead of my usual prescription. In another case, after explaining my side effects of a new prescription to an operator, she said she would send it to the office “high priority “ and someone would get back to me. No one did. I’m seriously thinking of going back to Jefferson. It’s not worth the headache.
This place is absolutely awful. Their service chain is astonishingly disjointed. Nobody knows who or where anyone is. And if they do you can't contact them anyway. Nobody seems to know anything about what is going on. And in order to get in touch with someone, you need to send a message through the cooper app which tells you “You’ll receive a response within 48 hours.”. Well I had an important prescription run out on me, so I contacted the number for their gigantic call center that routes all of the calls. I was told there is no way to speak to anyone in the office without going there and nobody in the call center can do anything for me. Okay, that’s severely annoying that a simple phone call needs to turn into an office visit. But fine, I’ll go to the office. So I get to the office and tell them to situation. They say “no problem, we’ll send a prescription over to the pharmacy right away.”. So I went to the pharmacy and asked if they got it in yet. They said no but they’ll call when it’s ready so I can pick it up. Well, when the office said “right away" they meant they’ll send it over whenever they felt like doing it. Which was almost 8 hours later. Normally I wouldn’t be so upset by something like this. But this particular prescription is the kind that has a message plastered all over it saying “DO NOT DISCONTINUE THIS MEDICINE SUDDENLY”. By the time I got the refill I had already missed 3 doses of a very important medication. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this type of facility that seems to be too big to care about their patients.
I love Dr Rivell and their healthcare staff. One of the most helpful doctors ever! She wholeheartedly and genuinely cares for her patients. Definitely recommend her.
Absolutely impressed by how wonderful this office is. Everyone I dealt with from reception to nurses to my physician was excellent, efficient, and kind. I did walk in bloodwork and was in and out in about 30 minutes. No issues! I will definitely continue to come here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
