My wife and I both wanted to have Monica as our PCP because we both have had positive experiences with her. Monica tends to be pleasant, nice, and understanding. Unfortunately it has been multiple occasions where we both have had to see Sneh Jain because Monica hasn't been available when we have had to go in. From our experiences, Sneh has been nothing but rude, completely unpleasant and not understanding to any concerns. It seems she only cares about her practice receiving money and not about the care of her patients, especially ones who are younger. I never want to hear a doctor say "you're too young for that." These are just the vibes I get, maybe I am wrong. Maybe she is just too old fashion. But it is to the point where I will be looking for another PCP because of the way my wife and I have both been treated by Sneh when we have gone in for appointments the last couple of years. The rudeness and argumentative attitude is unappreciated and unnecessary, especially when handling something as precious as your health. If the practice was just Monica I would change my perspective, but unfortunately Sneh has brought it down that much.

My primary care doctor is Monica Jain but I booked an appt and got Sneh Jain. To say my experience was uncomfortable is putting it lightly. I struggle with anxiety and noticed my weight gain so I wanted to focus on that. The first thing she said when she looked at my chart was “you’ve gained 80 pounds in 1 year, what have you been doing” I just responded eating because I mean I guess that’s what I’ve been doing due to stress and anxiety. When she went to check my blood pressure I asked her to put on gloves because I’m paranoid about monkey poxs to which she replied , “you know that’s only affecting certain communities” I thought that’s was Ab very I’ll informed statement to make. She prescribed my the wrong medicine and when I called to correct her and get the right one she was extremely argumentative. I loved having Dr. Monica but our hours don’t align so I will not be going back.
