What I liked most about this urgent care practice was that we saw a bonafide medical doctor who took a significant amount of time to diagnose our son.Dr. Kumaol Mengesha treated us with respect and gave us the facts. She didn’t talk down to us or brush off our concerns. The nurse was super patient, and took a good twenty minutes with my squirmy infant to make sure she got an accurate pulse oxygen reading. My son ended up being diagnosed with COVID, but despite my initial alarm, I left the office well-informed about how to treat the symptoms and how to identify complications that would indicate a need for further treatment.I wish they did well-baby visits because this would be my first choice for a pediatrician.
Took our one year old daughter on a Sunday. We waited 3 hours, which I completely understand, I’m not even mad about that. We told the doctor that she has been rubbing her ear along with all the regular sick symptoms, all the doctor did was do a Covid test and said she has the sniffles. She continued severe symptom the next two days, took her to regular pediatrician who said she had an ear infection. If these people weren’t so focused on Covid and didn’t act like they wanted to go home, maybe they would of been able to care for my daughter correctly. Inexcusable
I was holding a crying, screaming baby and then I had to fill in the paperwork online using my phone. You try taking pictures of your ID and insurance card when your kid's in pain - running all over the place, crying, squirming. The doctor was great, when i finally saw him after 3 hours. The front desk was overwhelmed and frustrated at how busy they were. I just don't understand why in the United States you have to wait 3 hours at the doctors office to get a prescription for a bad diaper rash.... then wait another 2 hours at the pharmacy for them to fill it. I could have just taken a picture of the thing and they could call it in. I'm exhausted thinking about it.
With everything going around, sick children are every where and at an alarming rate. Imagine being sick yourself and coming in with two small children, one they can’t talk and barely lift his head, and instead of the front desk person asking you if you’re alright or at least saying “i hope they feel better”, she says with haste “there’s going to be a 3. to 3.5 hour wait.” That’s it. Nothing more nothing less. Not a hello, my name is, how may I help you, NOTHING. unbelievable. disheartening as first impressions are everything. Guess who won’t be back..
We've been taking our kids to this location since we moved to the area, and everything has been really great up until our two most recent visits. The staff and doctors are always really friendly. But during the first problem visit, my husband and our daughter were completely forgotten. We had an appointment scheduled as they recommended on the website. They were taken back to the room and waited for the doctor for over an hour and a half (on top of the waiting room wait). He eventually went out to the desk and made them issue a refund for the visit, and they left.We decided to go back one more time to see if it may have been a one time fluke, but he and our other daughter had been waiting for almost an hour in the waiting room (with an appointment scheduled once again). I'm not sure what the point is in scheduling an appointment if you are unable to take the patients back at least close to the scheduled time.
I had very high expectations for this place, before walking in I made sure and read the reviews but how I was sadly mistaken. Took my 1 year old daughter because she was running 103 fevers for 3 nights in a row, After about a hour and a half wait the doctor comes in and rudely says “how can I help you” I begin to explain my daughters symptoms. The doctor barely wanted to examine or touch my daughter after 1 mins of her “evaluation” she says my daughter has a “cold” but she doesn’t know which kind. I began to ask her more questions but she kept brushing me off telling me it’s a common cold. We went home late that night and once again my daughter started burning up with 103 fever . Took her to her pcp today and they diagnosed her with a UTI and put her on antibiotics— please stay away from this place the doctor clearly doesn’t want to be bothered and doesn’t take her job seriously I’m very angry and felt if she took her time to correctly diagnose my child she would’ve been healed already . I will take next steps to reporting this doctors (unsure of her name she didn’t introduce herself at all, but she had a very heavy accent and appeared to be middle Eastern)
Called ahead to see if they would be able to remove an embedded earring from my daughters ear. No problem on phone. After waiting an hour they tell us they’re not sure if they have the supplies to do it, then try and fail and send us to emergency room anyway. This is the second bad experience where the services promised on the phone were not delivered.
The older lady in the front desk is extremely rude! She has a nasty attitude. I will never bring my daughter back to the office. The RN asked personal questions that was none of her concern. I work in a pediatrics and would never treat someone like they treated me!
Took my son here at 4pm on Sunday with a 103 fever & ear pain because the website clearly stated they had no appointments left but you could still WALK IN. Well that meant nothing because the person at the front desk said they don’t take walk ins. I’ve never heard such a thing about an urgent care especially when the website literally says the opposite and I know multiple people who came to this location without an appointment before. I understand things change or maybe they were took backed up at the moment but I wouldn’t know because I was completely dismissed by this woman. Completely unprofessional & disappointing. On another note they also let people walk right in who are sick and there to be covid tested and stand 2 feet from other people in the check in line-Unbelievable.
I am currently sitting in the waiting room right now as my son and his mother are in the exam room. We split custody 50/50 and live in different homes, but due to their "Covid Precautions" only one parent is allowed in the room. It doesn't matter that we don't live together and that we usually have different questions and she has her own strengths and weakness and I have my own strengths and weakness and together we are amazing coparents. So why does "Covid Precautions" matter when both parents are fully vaccinated and masked up? We aren't anti-vac and we don't believe wearing a mask takes away our freedoms. We are just two loving parents who want to be involved in our 16 month old son's health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
