Was told he couldn't say anything about my condition until receiving biopsies, at which point he would call back. Never did. I called several times to find out what he saw in the biopsies. He leaves a page long note full of medical gibberish I couldn't understand with the front desk worker who attempted (she could barely pronounce anything) to read it out to me. I asked them to have him call back and actually explain the situation to me, he never did. Altogether garbage.
Very greedy for procedural fees! I guess they are trying to make up for lost revenue with COVID. Walters scheduled me for a colonoscopy and endoscopy (EGD). The colon is covered 100% by my insurance. The EGD is covered 85% by my insurance. His procedural fee for an EGD is OVER $10,000!! So, that leaves me with an out of pocket expense of over $1000!!! And that is due UP FRONT before they will agree to do the procedure!!! So much for getting a needed procedure to diagnose my severe stomach distension and vomiting. So unless you have money to throw away, keep looking for another provider if you anticipate testing!!
Extremely disappointed with this office. I have waited on the phone for 1 hour trying to get through. I was told by the office that they sent blood work to labcorp. Im a diabetic so I woke up extra early to go as to not have my blood sugar drop to low. Labcorp told me nothing was ever sent
Very thorough in explaining procedure and answering all questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
