He said he would call me in two weeks. It has been 4 week with no phone call. He wanted me to continue taking a medication that made me feel like i was going crazy. I then i went to patient first in which the dr said you have to wean yourself off this medication. Never forget the time i fell asleep in his office. When i woke up no one there but the cleaners. Stay away

Been a patient of Dr.Rob my entire adult life and couldn't be happier. You may be late with your appointment but that's because he takes so much time talking to the patients and genuinely helping them and taking the time to care. I work in a medical facility and have to contact dr. Constantly and I wish all of them was as nice as dr. Rob. Truly

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Robs for about 7 years now and he has been a huge blessing to our family. You can truely see his dedication and genuine concern for his patients. Its definitely NOT all about the money for him. We seriously consider him family. My 14 yr old daughter loves him so much that I'm in process of switching her from pediatrics to Dr. Rob. I highly recommend him as a doctor if u can get into him bc of how booked he is due to his popularity as a doctor. I owe him alot and will never forget how he has and continues to help and care about my family

I have been dealing with this office since I was a little girl. Everytime I get off the phone w/ one of Dr. Robert Venutis staff members it makes me want to switch practices. The staff here is unfreindly, rude, ignorant, no compassion etc. I think after this visit, Im seriously done w/ this practice. Dr. Robert Venuti really needs to retrain his staff and how to treat people. I have dealt w/ other specialty practices and no one compares to their level. The girls who answer the phone there are terrible. Its not worth switching to this office if you thinking about it!!!!

Dr. Robert Venuti, DO. seems like a nice gentleman and provided adequate care. However, if you wish to remain a patient, do not complain about the abhorrent treatment by a member of his front office staff, as I did. After speaking to the doctor directly via telephone, he aggred with my complaint. Shortly thereafter I received a certified letter asking me not to return. This was after only this one complaint. It seems as though you are expected to suffer in silence after poor treatment by a particular staff member if you wish to continue being seen as a patient!
