Dr. Snehal Rajpal performed a procedure on me with a severely infected tooth that had an exposed nerve. The Dr. went inside the tooth to clean out an infection without any numbing agent. This caused and unbelievable and severe reaction to the pain. The assistant questioned this when she saw my reaction. TheDr. Responded that she would only be a few minutes. The Dr. ultimately gave me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me away to schedule for 2 root canals. I spent the day and next in absolute agony. My parents ended up getting Encore Dental to see me and they said I needed a Surgeon. The surgeon cleaned out all of the infection , treated my tooth and said I should been treated prior and could have ended up in real trouble. Cross Keys Dental where this happened has lied about everything that happen. They violated the hippa law and divulged all of info without permission, they denied that I said that they hurt me, They claimed the Dr. had 25 years of experience. She doesn’t
