My mother is an elderly lady and ovarian cancer survivor who was referred to the office of Dr. Presilla. She called me last week to let me know about the terrible experience with this facility due to the staff's lack of knowledge, patience and empathy. During the COVID pandemic, my mother came in for her appointment. At this point, she spoke with a woman named Maribel. Maribel began asking a series of questions about my mother's health. When my mother told her a list of symptoms she declared that my mother can't see the doctor because she has COVID. At this point, my mother was shocked. She's been self-isolating since the beginning of the pandemic. Secondly, Maribel is not a doctor to make this declaration. Finally, she doesn't have proof (aka test results) that my mother has COVID. She sent my mom away and became anxious and worried when she got home. My mother winded up getting tested a day later and results came back negative. Thank you Maribel and your lack of professionalism and empathy on cancer survivor for getting her worried. Perhaps you should find another profession that doesn't require you to deal with people who need care and attention.

He’s a great Dr. his years of experience and wisdom helped me very much, staff are friendly, I’m very happy with dr presilla

He gives too many medicines, makes you more sick of what you are. So you have to go to his office more often. For me a visit to a doctor is to make you feel well not sick.

My mother was referred to a Cardiologist by her primary physician. Based on my mothers' experience with this facility, this facility reflects poor customer service, lack of knowledge of basic operations, and complete disregard for patients heath and needs. Please read the following review as a my mom's recollection of events with this facility were she was ultimately pushed away.1. At 10AM she came here however she was told by a gentleman that she needed a doctors' referral. Untrue, as she has a private insurance company not Medicare/Medicaid.2. After going to her doctor's office and was told that she didn't need a referral to just go, she went back to this office at 12PM. She was told that they couldn't see her until she (patient) contacted the insurance company to see if they covered her at this facility as her insurance company is known for not paying test results to the hospital. Really...I was under the impression that the employees at the office call the insurance company to verify this information, at least that's the process at every other office I've visited. Since when do they deny a patient care due to the delay on the insurance company to pay.My mother had to go to a cardiologist office in Glen Ridge, 30 minutes away, as he was referred by a good friend. Due to the seriousness of chest pain, that doctor took the test quickly and immediately called the ambulance to take her to the ER as he noticed the test results, Thank God for the quick response from the office in Glen Ridge.

The Doctor was first rate, all the way around. I highly recommend him.
