Very disappointed with the service. Staff is very rude and not responding to any calls. We called multiple times to follow up on essential medication and they informed us that it was sent to the pharmacy, however the pharmacist confirmed that they didn’t even communicate with them. It took us more than two weeks after calling multiple times to finally have the dr. Office call the pharmacy and as expected, the doctor never called the pharmacy and even until this moment, the pharmacy did not receive the prescription. Not recommended at all. We will certainly switch to another reliable physician.

I HAVE BEEN WITH DR. ELIAS FOR 21 YEARS I CHANGED DOCTORES FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND RAN BACK TO HIM, HE IS CAREING AND SUPPORTAVE, VERY WELL MANEREED, YES, ITS A LONG WAIT BUT WE ALL WANT THE ATTENTION TO EXPRESS WHAT WE NEED OR FEELING, I BELIVE ITS WORTH THE WAIT. I SAW A REVIEW THAT SAID (EVERYONE GIVING 5 STARS MUST BE (FAMILY) WELL IM NOT IM JUST A PATIENT WHO HAS BEEN VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF FOR 21 YEARS AND IM GREATFULL. ABOUT THE STAFF THEY ARE SWEET AND ATTENTIVE VERY BUSY BUT THEY DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMADATE ME, YES, THEY ARE HISPANIC AND I DONT SEE THE PROBLEM UNLESS YOU ARE RAISIST. LET'S LOOK AT OUR SELVES AND SEE HOW WE GOT HERE OR HOW OUR GRAND PARENTS, GREAT GRAND PARENTS GOT HERE, SO LET US NOT CHRITISISE THESE YOUNG LADYS BECAUSE OF THEIR ACCINT OR BECAUSE WE MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND THE PERFECT ENGLISH THAT WE SUPPOSEDLY SPEAK.

The people leaving 5 stars must be family members .Waiting over an hour in a crowded waiting room, during Covid. Some of the staff barely speak English, and are unintelligible. Condescending manner, speaking of the patient in the 3 rd person Right in FRONT OF THEM.Very Rude... and yes ..condescending and arrogant. Would never refer this office to ANYONE.

Dr. Sameh and Nivin Elias are wonderful physicians. They have treated my whole entire family and have been extremely caring. They answer all of our phone calls, offer life saving care, and are extremely knowledgeable medically. They are the best PCP doctors in Hudson County! Highly recommend.
