Worst doctor ever!! Deceitful and uncaring. Only cares about insurance check. Will make it a point to get you out of the hospital in 2 days post c section in worst hospital ever Secaucus.

Dr. Stella is an excellent doctor. His staff tho leaves much to be desired. I was a patient of his from the age of 16,I’m now 45. Over the years the service has gone down hill. Very long wait times. Left me sitting in a room 1 time for over an hour. No consideration by the staff to at least let you know you’ll be there an additional 3 hours in the waiting room. Then there’s billing. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Billing is a hot mess. I have a 10$ copay that I pay every time. Yet, constantly get bills in the mail. When you call you ask about them you get told “I don’t see anything” or “I don’t know” Yet I have a bill in my hand. 2 as a matter of fact. Each with duplicate dates on the same bill. Mark the billing manager is oblivious. Has not a clue in the world. When you call the office to ask what’s going on with billing….you get told “We don’t know, you have to call billing” so yeah….there’s that. Dr. Stella is an excellent doctor. Excellent doctor but the service has gone way down hill. There are always billing issues. No one has any answers when you call the office or to their billing department. I have great insurance and should only be paying a $10 copay yet I still constantly receive bills. When I call to question them I am told “There’s nothing. I don’t see anything.” Yet I have a bill in my hand. They don’t know why.

Not happy with Dr.Stella's office or staff. I receive a call from the office, I asked to speak to the doctor & was told he doesn't speak to patients on the phone. Since when does a doctor refuse to speak to patients????? Make no sense at all. After 15 yrs, I will go somewhere else, he should retire if he doesn't want to deal with people. One simple question, couldn't leave a message because the receptionist clearly said the doctor doesn't take messages, no nursing staff at all. Dr.Stella you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!

Dr. Stela is the best. He took a good care of me through my pregnancy. I delivered via second C-Section and next day I was walking and recovering very well. He is very caring and know his stuff. The staff could be better, but Dr is really the best.
