Beautiful people there, so far so good, Yadira very nice, Dr. Steven Goldstein a lot experience adds up to any patient.

People at office and Meadowlands hospital are not communicating with each other. Because I went to a covid-19 test on Thursday at hospital and the office didn't know. Until Monday when I started my medicine to clear my colon for a Tuesday morning appointment. Then I call to see what transportation was going to pick me up and take me to hospital. Then was told that I didn't take covid-19 test so appointment was canceled. So after taking the medicine, they told me I had to do it all over again. For another covid-19 test, then more medicine. So I told them I should contact a lawyer. They said I can't do that. So I canceled and will be going to another doctor. But will be talking to my lawyer.

he is a good doctor but sometimes staff is a bit rude and the waiting line is usually long

I called to get a appointment and the girl who answered the phone told me that I should go somewhere else because I was not going to see the doctor until February... She was nasty and rude after I told her that I had a referral for this doctor and I need surgery ASAP

Brilliant, knowledgeable Dr Goldstein is up to date in every area of Medical research , updates, new good useful meds and latest treatments in almost every situation as a internist... one of the top best Gastroenterologist in Hudson County, Bery thorough with examination , and sends you to every test needed to rule out any possibility that is making you I’ll. Great heart, emphatic with his patients. Funny , and great well being life changes. He’s been my Dr for 20 yrs and diagnosed me in a condition that other 6 Drs weren’t able to. I trust him with my live ! Dr. Steven Goldstein, you ate one of a kind 💗 Know I can’t no say anything good of the office manager YADIRA... She’s very rude, very unprofessional, . She has very little knowledge almost none of the medical Diagnostic and that makes here unable to explain ever what the dr wants to transmit or to educate the patient. The patient is always confuse , she says instructions and answers patience question in a way that doesn’t make sense. Like people that want to act like they know so much and says things and answers making no sense. And acts like she’s always right, I’ve seen patients ask over again until they finally get it or some they leave confused . FOR A STATUTE OF A DR LIKE DR. STEVEN GOLDSTEIN IT IS EMBARRASSING 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think she should stay in the back doing paper work because when it comes to Medical issues and explains terminology she always has a tongue twister of nonsense. She’s fake over nice with fake people that are being fake to her to by acting over friendly (it goes both ways) And the patient that are just there to see the Dr. that don’t want to have any type of chit chat with her she takes it personal and becomes rude, and vindictive she will treat you like you don’t matter and leave you for last and make you wait a long time. I worried in the Medical field in almost every speciality in many important settings and this woman YADIRA IS THE WORST ,VATTY, PETTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, un knowledgeable Medical assistant I’ve ever seen !!!! BETTER IS TO IGNORE HER , SHE’S A LOST CASE , ANYWAY THE TRUTH IS WE ARE JUST THEIR TO SEE OUR GREAT, DR. S. believe me you wouldn't want to waste your time here the front desk to the person who you gotta go in to see to make an Colonoscopy is rude theres no waiting chairs, no real appointment , its first come first serve but they don't even have a ticket number that you pull, so you know whose first or last THE Doctor Steven C Goldstein is really humorous and lisens to your concerns but because of who he got running his appointments and wait time its jus not worth it
