List of Chukwuemeka Ibeku's Reviews
Do not go here….The receptionist are rude and disrespectful and they tried to scam me for a excruciating amount of money through my insurance…I’m currently pregnant and they were just obnoxious and had no care in how they were speaking. I never even had a chance to even see the doctor I just left.
Staff is obnoxiously rude. Unnecessarily rude. They also lie about appointment scheduling so they can get as many people in as possible. Money hungry. Don’t get it twisted if the staff acts that way and there are this many reviews confirming it, the doctor must be 10 times worse.
Very Rude !!!! Don't waste your time the lady that answers the phone is very unprofessional
Dr Ibeku has been my family Doctor for ever 5 years. He is patient and will listen to any of your complaints, he also makes sure that all his patients are treated fairly.
Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff, it's almost comical. YOU WILL NEVER get through to the doctor for a simple follow-up question or request unless you go in personally and pay for an office visit just to speak to him. The staff will tell you to call after 7pm to get in touch with him directly just to get you off their back, which you will then be prompted to leave a voice message to a machine that he never checks. Staff will demand you pay $ to be able to speak to him directly for an answer to a question you expected to get over the phone. The staff says-- verbatim "you have to pay even if you want to say hello". This office will have you leaving LIVID.
Unprofessional secretary. I left before seeing the doctor
I love my Dr. and his staff. trust me best around!!!
I have been going to Dr Ibeku for my daughter since 2011. He is a great Doctor. My daughter loves him. Since he has daytime office, he never has anyone professional working in his office, no respect for people., rude, unqualified for this job. I wouldn’t recommend anyone at this time unless you want to have a stroke.
One of the worst and most disrespectful experiences I’ve encountered. My brother and I were waiting to see the doctor for about an hour and a half to two hours before the receptionist told us that we could not be seen unless we had our health insurance card. We explained that we switched it to a different insurance specifically so the doctor can see us but we did not have the physical card because they haven’t arrived yet. The receptionist told us to call the health insurance themselves, which we did, and they spoke to the receptionist and the doctor. All of the insurance info was given and they also explained that we can be attended. Shortly after, the doctor barges into the waiting room and begins to yell at us telling us “how dare you call the insurance company to talk to me and tell me what to do. I am not your doctor and I will not attend you.” Mind you there were other families in the room as well. I was so embarrassed I ran out of that room crying, in pain, and unattended. You got one thing right doc - you are definitely not my doctor anymore. Stay away from this place.
The Doctor is very knowledgeable.... and the assistants was so professional. I will recommend him any day, any time

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
