Dawn Arnold's Online Review Report Card

I have been dealing with my dry eyes for several months and I have seen two other doctors prior to my visit with Dr. Arnold. Dr. Arnold took the time to explain to me what was happening to my eyes and suggested treatment. As we age we start to have more problems with our bodies and now I have a better understanding of what I need to do to correct my eye problem. Great doctor and wonderful staff. I found them through UMR’s top rated eye doctors, was well worth the 30 minute drive out - Dr. Arnold was better than my local eye doctors by far great quality glasses too.

Dr. Arnold has been our family eye doctor and Tulli has been styling a for nearly 15 years. I highly recommend them any and everyone in the area!!

I enjoy my visits to Dr. Arnold's office as she and her office staff are so attentive and thorough. Everyone is just so helpful and friendly. Dr. Arnold takes her time and answers all my questions. I have never felt rushed and never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. I honestly feel Dr. Arnold and her office staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend her.

Of all the Doctors I see for annual appointments Dr. Arnold is my favorite. The Dr. Herself is through and takes all the time needed to make sure every question and concern is addressed and attended to. Her Staff is First Class as well, you feel like you are visiting old friends when you arrive. I wish all things in life went as smooth as a visit to Dr. Arnold and Staff.

Im always one to read reviews prior to visiting a new provider but i didnt this time. So my appointment was at 1145. I booked my appointment online because of the convieniency. No one from the office called me to confirm or to tell me about the office or to greet me as a new patient. I arrived at the location at 1155 with no patients in the waiting room. There was no greeting or a welcoming for a first time patient. So I the told receptionist that i had an appointment at 1145 but had trouble finding the place. Still not offering a greeting she never ask my name but proceeds to discipline me on being timely and how they advised me of that and so fourth. I had to intervene on her tyrant… More

First I have to say that Dr Arnold is wonderful - she is really nice and patient and takes the time to answer your questions! I have purchased 5-6 pairs of glasses and lenses from her for me and my daughters. The reason for this poor review is for the woman who works in the front - she has never been overly nice when I have visited to pick out glasses for my daughters and I have always been a little uncomfortable by what appears to be fake niceness to get me out of the store as quickly as possible however i have routinely returned bc of the selection and just tried to ignore her behavior.
