List of Dhanasekaran Ramasamy's Reviews
Worst doctors office I have ever been in, these so call front desk individuals are so trashy and unprofessional, the minute you walked in that door you could sense it, to top it off Dr. Ramasamy is so disrespectful and discussing, basically My experience at that office is the worst I have ever had in years# ramasamy@trumpinalabcoat.
DR RAMASAMY JUST PERFORMED MY COLONOSCOPY YESTERDAY, THE OFFICE AND STAFF AT THE ENDO SURGI CENTER WAS GENTLE AND HELPFUL, BUT THE OFFICE ON CHESTNUT STREET DID NOT SEND OVER MY PREPERATION TO MY PHARMACY, WHICH LED ME TO HAVE TO GET MY SUPREP FROM SOMEONE WHO HAD A COLONOSCOPY SCHEDULED AND CANCELLED. OVERALL THE PROCEDURE WAS GOOD THE DR WAS GREAT JUST WISH THE STAFF WAS MORE ALERT TO MAKING SURE ALL THE RIGHT STEPS WERE TAKEN BEFORE THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE. WILL BE GIVING 5 STARS AT THE REVIEW IS FOR THE DR HIMSELF AND NOT THE STAFF.
I went to see Dr. Ramasamy with my husband. He has a terrible bedside manner. We found him rude and incompetent. I have had abdominal pain and wanted to have a MRI done to check my gallbladder. He immediately wanted to schedule me for procedures. I know these procedures come with a risk of pancreatitis, he would not even listen to my concerns about wanting the MRI. Maybe so he can make more money? He then turned to my husband and asked when his last colonoscopy was and wanted to schedule him for a procedure. Please, if you love yourself find another gi doctor. Maybe suggest him to your ex. At least you know they’ll be taken “good” care of.
He is an extraordinary doctor, he treatment me with respect and consideration after my Upper GI. He took the time to explain to me what happen with my liver. Thank you Dt. Ramasamy I give you 5 starts nevadas you deserved it.
Got my blood test results back from Lab Corp and the results were sent to Dr Ramasamys office also. Dr Ramasamy was away for the week after seeing me for 2weeks in St Barnabas hospital. The results showed my triglycerides were 1497 !! I called Tuesday morning and requested a phone call from his fill-in..His assistant Aaron Freeman called me on FRIDAY only to tell me to talk to my primary doctor. If there’s such a thing as ZERO stars that’s what I would rate this practice.
Dr was very Thorough with his diagnosis I’m very tentative to my pain in my needs very grateful that I had him as a doctor because I went to several doctors and couldn’t find out what was wrong with me and he nailed it from on the being
I found the staff extremely rude. Dr. Ramasamy did not listen, asked irrelevant questions to my condition, he complimented me on what I was wearing and my hair. It honestly creeped me out. I am not sure if he thinks he's being nice or funny but I was so uncomfortable. He did not look up from his screen and he answered the phone during my visit. He was extremely rude to the person on the phone too. Awful experience, I would not go to him again if my life depended on it. Recommend him to your enemies.
Not good. Several rescheduled telehealth appointments because as he stated "I am very busy." Staff calls the day prior to a scheduled telehealth appointment to inform me insurance no longer pays for them. I guess they were too busy to notify me earlier.
Very poor experience. Not responsive to calls.
The staff is absolute trash. They should all lose their jobs. Beware. Do not go to this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
