Excellent doctor! Dr. Freeman is one of the best Doctors I have ever Come across. He loves his profession and his loves his patients. He is concerned and it shows. He is not looking for a quick way to help he is looking for what is best for his patient. My procedures were wonderful. If you choose him, I stand on this, you will never regret it!!! One of the Best around!!!

Dr. Freeman and his staff are very easy to talk to and very approachable. I just happened to find him on the web and took a chance to book a consultation for my lower back pain. Will definitely recommend!

Dr Freeman is an amazing, very caring and so very knowledgeable. He truly wants to help n care for his patients n takes his time with you n won’t stop till his patient is satisfied. My name is Elena Schatz.I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman’s for many years. Most recently I had a problem and I called the office to see Dr. Freeman. Instead they put me with another doctor, I don’t remember his name but he was an Indian doctor, not that I have a problem with that I just can’t remember his name. My problem was, this doctor was so unknowledgeable he was asking me how I prefer to take care of my problems. He offered me neurontin which I did not want to take. Not only that, but he asked me if I did want to take it. What doctor asked the patient if they want to take it. He was not very confident in what he was offering to me. He offered me nothing else to do about the pain I was having. And all this time I thought I was going there to see Dr. Freeman. They need to get rid of that other doctor from their practice so they will lose a lot of patience. I called today to make an appointment with Dr. Freeman, I was told that he does not want to treat my condition anymore. What condition, and they also said I did not comply with the other doctor what did I not comply with, all I said was I did not want to take that drug, so they dismissed me as a patient. I always found Dr. Freeman extremely arrogant, but he was my pain management doctor so I stuck with him. I would never go to him again ever, his office stuff is nasty, and he could be extremely condescending at times. One time when I had an epidural, my leg went numb, when I got off the table. He was absolutely less than caring. I don’t advise anyone going to this doctor. So anyway he just supposed to be today from being his patient so I have absolutely nothing good to say about him, as he listened to the other doctor he shifted me off to in the first place. You shouldn’t be a doctor if you weren’t going to take care of your patients Dr. Freeman.

16 Years and Counting I have complex health issues due to faulty collagen in my genetics. It causes issues from my head to my toes. My spine really went down hill 11 years ago. Dr Freeman GETS it. He believes in quality of life, and aims to get it back for you.

I'm actually amazed at the lack of communication. They use some sort of call center, but no one answered the phone. The website offered online instant messaging, but they just answered only one of my messages and I didn't hear from them for 15 minutes. As a last resort I tried making an appointment online, they "reached out" to me via text, I responded twice and no one responded back. I just texted saying I'm just going to go somewhere else. I usually avoid making bad reviews, but come on guys, you really know how to make a patient feel ignored.

Dr. Eric Freeman has helped me out extremely! I had been to three previous doctors before him, and no one seemed to get it right. Once I had the procedure done, it was like a breathe of fresh air. He knew exactly what my problem was! He was very professional and I couldn't be happier with my treatment. I will highly recommend anyone who's having pain problems to visit Redefine Healthcare.
