I have only been to 2 sessions but the PT staff is so friendly and welcoming the 2 PTs and their assiatant. People dont realize customer service is a big factor in the working world especially in the medical field. I noticed my injured arm started feeling better after the 1st visit. I have no doubt it continues to heal and is 100% soon

What can i say this facility shows promise and hope for anyone who steps foot into this place. Rehab is scary for anyone but i never felt sacred with ivy. I had a very warmed and welcome beginning with them. having a injury that meant being 7 months with them those months felt like days with them. The staff and everyone there have heart for their job and patience’s. For anyone considering this as a option DONT hesitate to reach out to me and ask. I’m willing to answer questions and my experience. Thank you very much Ivy rehab it was a honor. Being a patient in this facility.
