Not recommended at all. I took my infant daughters there because i change type of cosmetics and they had red spots. The doctor came to waiting room and told me that she want to see the spots. I had to undress my baby in waiting room in the car seat!!! And then she look at me and told me it is not alergic reaction, but it COVID for sure!!! She doesnt even look on them in the room just in waiting room. I was very dissapointed. My babies were better next day. So yeah for sure, it was COVID. Even If she was right she walked inside and send just receptionist to told me that they did not help them.

Very good video service the meeting was right on time the doctor was very attentive and helpful. The only issue was the audio sound I couldn’t hear the doctor clearly she could hear me perfectly so it must’ve of been my iPhone. Other than that minor problem I recommend saving a trip to the doctor by using the virtual consultation.

Staff at registration were polite and courteous. Dr. J. Reyes was very informative and did not rush through the virtual visit. I regret not using this location for my children's health care needs in the past.

Quick and accurate. Rooms are clean and staff friendly. Getting rapid COVID test was flawless!

They were fast and efficient. Very nice too just think they should acknowledge you as soon as you walk in and not have you standing there for 10 minutes without greeting you and atleast saying "i'll be with you in a moment". Also my mom went with me and she is an older person and asked for a Covid test..Being that this is a walk in Urgent Care center..I think she should have been seen and not told that she has to go through the Tele service smh...Other than that the receptionist was very nice and Friendly when she did decide to talk to us and so was the person in the room that interacted with my daughter. We didn't wait very long.
