Staff at registration were polite and courteous. Dr. J. Reyes was very informative and did not rush through the virtual visit. I regret not using this location for my children's health care needs in the past.

Very good video service the meeting was right on time the doctor was very attentive and helpful. The only issue was the audio sound I couldn’t hear the doctor clearly she could hear me perfectly so it must’ve of been my iPhone. Other than that minor problem I recommend saving a trip to the doctor by using the virtual consultation.

Omg the service I got from Kinder Pediatric Urgent care was so Amazing! The whole staffFront desk, Nurses and doctors. They are very Respectful and caring trust me they are so amazing

Love this urgent care! They are incredible when I can’t get to my pediatrician, my daughter loves them (and they’re ice pops) doctors are kind and incredibly patient!They test adults as well.

This is the second time in 2 days we had to visit. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Although there was a wait because it was a walk-in facility, I was grateful we were able to be seen. We waited in the car and I brought activities/devices/snacks for the children to keep them busy. Very good experience.
