I was in the hospital for another health event. I happen to listen to how he handled my roommates problem. That was I decided if I needed a new G.I. physician I would call him without hesitation.

I called the office to make an appointment an expressed to the scheduler that I've been on alot of pain and I just wanted to see any doctor first available appointment she put me on hold for a period of time then a billing representative came on the line and advised that there was a $30 co pay balance and they would not give me an appointment until it was paid. The billing representative told me to call the insurance company REALLY...I'm in pain this can't wait. This is absolutely ridiculous and an error . To say you won't schedule me an appointment over $30 is insane. If this is how you treat your patients I'm glad I won't be a patient here.
