List of Nicholas A. Defilippis's Reviews
I’ve been going to Dr. Nick for roughly 30 years. He’s an amazing doctor that has never told me he couldn’t make time to squeeze me in when I don’t feel well. He runs the tests he needs and gets right to the point with the results without beating around the bush. Excellent doctor.
My issue isn't Dr. De Filippis. The guy keeps it 100% and I respect that. I would just expect a little more professionalism from his staff.
The RUDEST doctor & office I have ever dealt with. The doctor will completely ignore your concerns while acting like you’re a bother, and the receptionist sigh, suck her teeth & hang up on you mid-question. Dr D will completely gaslight your concerns to get you out of his office instead of being compassionate and actually HELPING. Do NOT waste your time & money here, they are awful and do not care about their patients who have been with them since the start of the practice at all.
Love Dr. De Filippis, very professional, knowledgeable and caring! The staff members are so nice and services so great!
I've been with Dr. De Filippis for roughly 27 years & it's because he tells you the blunt truth, some people can't handle this or his personality but I really appreciate it & I truly thank God for his honesty
My doctor of over 25 years passed away. He was a kind, compassionate, tell it like it is, no nonsense doctor. I was on the search for a new doctor when a friend recommended Nicholas Defilippis to me. First initial appointment with him was great. He was thorough, kind, patient and ordered tests to be completed. I have a new, kind, thorough doctor or so I thought. I had an emergency appointment with him and this man yelled at me because I asked a question regarding the results of my blood work relating to my health. His exact words “ I don’t have time to have this discussion with you, we squeezed you in because you weren’t feeling well” which I did appreciate because I was feeling horrible from a sinus infection. My problem was not what he said but how he said it. If I needed to schedule an appointment to discuss my blood work, that would have not been a problem. Communication skills are key in every aspect of life and while I appreciate honesty from everyone, and especially from my doctor regarding my health, rudeness is unacceptable to me. A doctor will NOT yell at me and bill my insurance company for services delivered so obnoxiously. I have excellent health benefits and needless to say, I am now looking for a new doctor who is kind, compassionate, and thorough with excellent communication skills. I know he or she is out there.
A friend recommended Nicholas Defilippis to me. My first visit was in July, it was wonderful. He was patient, completed a through checkup and ordered blood tests, mammogram and colonoscopy to be completed. My second visit, I had a sinus infection and called to make an appointment and was given an appointment for that evening. While there, Nicholas informed me that my mammogram came back normal. I inquired about the results of my blood work and he literally yelled “ I don’t have time to have this discussion with you, we squeezed you in because you’re not feeling well”. I was shocked especially since he appeared to be so caring, kind and informative during my first visit with him. I was already upset for being misdiagnosed at an Urgent Care. His rudeness upset me even more. I have excellent insurance and needless to say, I am now looking for a new doctor. He will never have an opportunity to be rude to me again or bill my insurance company for services delivered so obnoxiously!!!
Nicholas DeFilippis, M.D. Very impatient. And I would not trust him to be my doctors. Just remember if you’re adjusting your mask he will instantly yell at you without even thinking about it. I’m a women and I have hair that gets caught to the side of my mask. So it makes no sense for him to yell at me just for adjusting my hair. He is very delusional. He’s not kind and he is very inappropriate. He would give a uncomfortable stares if your waiting in the waiting room. I wouldn’t recommend him. Very unprofessional with his patient and others. He’s a quack for real. Ps. Instead of a being a quack doctor; he should of been working for COVID- 19 places so he can have a place to yell at people. Must retire asap
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT SEE DR. DEFILIPPIS.
Dr Nick Is a hit you between the eyes doctor. You mite not like what he has to say but the diagnosis is what it is. He is only looking out for your health. If you want a doctor that’s going to tell you everything is rainbows and unicorns not your guy. If you want to know the truth his the man

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
