Nicola Pemberton's Online Review Report Card

Going to Dr. Pemberton has put me on the path to a much healthier life. Dr. Pemberton accepted me as a new patient right after being released from the hospital due to low blood levels and being diagnosed with Adenomyosis. It was recommended that I look into having a hysterectomy done to regulate blood levels and other things. Dr. Pemberton walked me through the process and performed my surgery effortlessly. I am so grateful for her. My previous Obgyn almost cost me my life. Dr. Pemberton has restored my life! Thank you!

Trying to schedule a new appointment with this office is the worst!!!!! I called twice was put on hold after the lady answered and said please hold. I was on hold over 10mins and they hung up twice. If this is how they run buisness then I don't wanna even know how it labor & surgeries are here.

Worse experience of my life her care for her patients is horrible from losing a pregnancy to having her operate surgery. She don’t return calls from concern patients, nor does she check up on her patients at the surgery. I had to reach out to another Dr in another office for me to get treated after Dr Pemberton did my surgery very unprofessional

Wonderful doctor and staff but I have been calling for 3 days to get info on my schedule surgery. None hasn't answered the phone. It's the day before and still nothing I have been calling back to back for 3 days

Dr Pemberton saved my life and my child’s life. For that alone she gets all stars. Dr. Pemberton really ensures that her patients understand on their level what is going on, she never forced me into any decisions and I’ll continually use her services and refer anyone to her without any reservation.

I tried to get an appointment with this Dr. for 6 months. No one ever answered my phone calls or responded to my emails.

I never leave google reviews, ever. And this probably isn’t even the doctors fault. But- I had scheduled a colposcopy a month in advance with this facility. TWO days beforehand, they call and tell me the doctor had that day blocked off for a C section, and they cancel. The doctor is only in for these the first and last Friday of every month, which I could not wait for given that I travel for work. Mind you, a colposcopy is a scary thing when you’re told that you need it right away. This left me scrambling. Later that day, I found a different gyno in NJ who could quickly take me the next. I called the office for my records to be sent over, and they told me I needed to come and sign a release form. A RELEASE FORM FOR WHAT?! YOU NEVER SAW ME, all my records are from my previous doctor. After that hassle, my records were finally sent. But NOT my 2021 records!? But thankfully, the doctor I went to was able to take care of me last minute. Literally no issues. I’m not blaming the doctor herself for this one, I’m sure she’s great. But the way this was handled was absolutely mind blowing to me.

Dr. Pemberton is a God send. What a knowledgeable, compassinate and kind-hearted person and doctor. My first time visit was September 25, 2021 and she's definitely a KEEPER

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is bc I had such a horrible experience on the phone! I was trying to make an appt as a NEW patient and I was left on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told that there were no new patient appointments until November! Not a good first impression!

Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. THEEE best. She’s caring attentive and GENUINE. I could go on and on. She’s everything! The staff there are all sweet and prompt and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
