Ny Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I had a fantastic experience in rehabbing my shoulder at JAG. When I started 3 mos ago I was barely able to lift my arm and in constant pain. In what seemed like no time, I had considerable improvement. My orthopedist was pleasantly surprised and impressed by my quick progress. Only a few weeks later, I now have full range of motion and zero pain. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, Konrad and team are friendly, supportive and encouraging. I truly feel that he was invested in my recovery. When things got "too easy" I was pushed to challenge myself go a little further. Somehow, even in pain, I found myself laughing and having a good time. Highly recommend JAG (Chatham and Summit, NJ) if you need PT.

Front desk receptionist has a bad attitude. Staff is very unpleasant and in need of training on regards to giving instructions for physical therapy procedures. The "don't care" attitude needs to go. Will give it one more chance and if nothing changes, I will. Horrible experience. Hope something changes.

Excellent! The staff was so cool, kind, and considerate. They pushed me where I needed to be and did their best everyday! I'd totally recommend going here. 10/10

This is the best physical therapy rehab facility in New Jersey. Lisa at the front desk is AWESOME! All of the assistants are great...especially, Bria. However, the ultimate therapist is NICK! Nick is excellent with his patients and knows his craft well. If you are hurting and want to feel better....ask for Nick! Btw..Matt gets the job done as well.

So I had to come for something minor but was able to improve my posture and strengthen areas needed I found this place to be friendly and very easy to work with... as far as personal goals and also making appointments. Even if I was tardy - they didn't make a big deal. They seem to work with you There is ample parking Place appears clean Two bathroom Waiting area - but never sat more than a few minutes Front desk and staff very helpful with questions regarding insurance and plan of care

I've had bed experiences with physical therapists and walked into JAG with a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth from those past experiences. What I found was the first super professional physical therapy location that I have ever seen. I was afraid to come at first because of this and now I honestly can't wait to go back. Best of the best for physical therapy!

JAG therapy was beyond incredible with my recovery. I pulled my hamstring and they made me brand new with feeling like I was at home with there family vibe. Everybody's helpful,attentive all in the while still very professional. I recommend JAG Therapy for their incredible services.

The Staff at Jag has been awesome, from scheduling and working with us on short notice, they are 100% accommodating. the care and attention from the staff is amazing, Joe is particularly great and my daughter has been eager to go every time. Even the other patients respond the same way, it's a very upbeat and professional environment and a great place to recover! I highly recommend!

The entire staff are all very lovely people. From the front office, especially Jessica whom I have to call pretty much every day PT is scheduled for because I either have forgotten what time it's scheduled for or had to move it. They are very accommodating. My very reckless 8 year old dislocated her elbow, and the whole team worked with her to regain flexibility and mobility. Now working with children, especially my child, can be a task because they lose focus and aren't always immediately cooperative. They were also attentive to me, the non patient. Something so simple as the offer of something to drink goes a long way. I wish I knew everyone's name but Joe (who's a hottie ladies) rocks. Everyone there does. Super happy I went with JAG. Will definitely recommend JAG. Oh yeah please tell Joe its Eaglesnation!!!
