Dr. Nehmer exceeded my expectations. I walked into the office and was immediately greeted by the nice ladies working at the front desk, who promptly brought me into an exam room. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Nehmer was able to see me. He was genuine and curious about my shoulder pain, and took his time examining me. I felt like he was treating me like a person, not just another patient. He was very in depth with the examination and it felt like he was willing to get to the bottom of my problem without any rush. Overall I had a great experience at Dr. Nehmer's office and would 10/10 recommend him to others!

I have used Dr. Nehmer for orthopedic services for about 35 years. He is one of the finest doctors I know in any specialty. He is brilliant, has an encyclopedic knowledge of orthopedics and keeps abreast of latest developments in his area. He regularly attends professional seminars. Besides possessing enormous professional skill, Dr. Nehmer has a comforting bedside manner and he keeps his appointments. He has answered every question I have ever asked of him, and has treated me for painful injuries that he has alleviated with skill. Connected to his building is a physical therapy center, whose therapists provide excellent care, with Dr. Nehmer nearby to answer any questions. I strongly recommend Dr. Nehmer for orthopedic issues of any kind.

If I could give them negative stars I WOULD! Let's start by saying when they set an appointment they have others with the same time slot as you.... MEANING YOU WILL BE WAITING!!! The first time I was there I waited 35 minutes to be seen! Waited another 15 after being put into a room. FOR NOTHING! TO HAVE SOMEONE TELL ME TO COME BACK IN 4 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE MY MRI'S. . MIND YOU I HAD THE APPOINTMENT SET 4 WEEKS AFTER MY MRI! So here I am 4 weeks later this time I waited 15 minutes to be taken inside (not bad) waited another 10 to be seen just to be told that they still did not have my MRI'S.... SO NOW I HAD TO WAIT MORE WHILE THEY WEN AND HAD THE MRI'S FAXED OVER. YUP 45 MINUTES LATER I AM STILL SITTING IN A ROOM. I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER. I WENT TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND TOLD HER (WISH I KNEW HER NAME) I CAN NO LONGER WAIT FOR SOMEONE BECAUSE I AM BEING TAKEN AS A JOKE AND I HAVE THINGS TO DO. I KNOW I WAS NOT THE FRIENDLIEST PERSON BUT AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS LISTEN TO ME AND THEN GIVE ME A SOLUTION. WHICH SHE DID THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. STARTED ROLLING HER EYES AND MAKING ASSUMPTIONS. ALL THE SUDDEN I AM UPSET AND MY MRI'S APPEAR? HONESTLY IF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER I'D PROBABLY WAIT AND STAY BUT THERE IS CLEARLY NO RESPECT TOWARDS ANYONE HERE! I WILL BE FINDING A NEW FACILITY. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM. PLENTY OF ORTHOPEDIC OFFICES THAT ACTUALLY VALUE THEIR PATIENTS TIME. PLENTY OF PLACES THAT HAVE GIRLS BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT HAVE ACTUAL MANNERS.

I have always been so pleased with the kindness, dedication and care of the nursing staff there. I have had many procedures done over the past year and each time, I have felt comfortable and calm. I suffer from anxiety and everyone has always made me feel completely at ease.
