Well I've been tirelessly seeking a rheumatologist and this is just another one to check off the list. Called the office and of course, like most, no one answered. So, I left a detailed message, speaking clearly and slowly and...1 WEEK LATER NO RETURN PHONE CALL.

I’ve been a patient of dr Mahmood for many years, he’s an excellent doctor and friend, he understands whom ever speak to him. I think most likely that I’ll follow doctor Mahmood to any hospital. Dr. Mahmood is the best of the best

Long wait hours no social distancing no sanitizer no secretary no answer when you call ever! I relocated my dad to another state and he needs a refill for his critical medication before they cut his insurance and there is no getting ahold of this dr. at all! Fax or phone. Obviously we can't be there in person. But come on it's 2021 hire a freaking secretary at least goodness Christ. Oh not to mention I learned he was charging my dad "co-pays" even tho he has full coverage state medicaid. Hes lucky we don't take him to small claims court because my father doesn't have any of the receipts.

In the midst of this pandemic there is no social distancing. There is no hand sanitizer, no temperature check and he works alone. Days of unreturned messages left on voicemail. He simply cannot be reached. You can’t get test results or prescriptions refilled because he is missing in action.

Wait time is entirely too long. 1.5hrs waiting for a 5 min consult is absolutely ridiculous.

I can’t understand how this Dr was given more than 1 star. His office is very unorganized. The wait time is way too long. He doesn’t have a nurse helping him and because he refuse to use a computer myinformation get’s lost in the books. It is a very old fashion practice and be prepared to sit there and wait at least 3 hours.

The wait time is way too long. He repeatedly took people who came in way after me. I left after 3 and a half hours of waiting for nothing. It's not the first time. And I live far and dont have a car and was paying out of pocket. Will be finding another dr.
