I was able to contact Dr. Xiong when my mom was is the hospital for another condition but her gout flared up while in the hospital! Dr. Xiong responded immediately and called in a prescription and told me how to give the medcine to my mom! Resulting in her getting better and being able to walk again! Thank God for caring Doctors Like Dr. XIONG!

The Dr. is good but her staff is not friendly, They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. Appointments at scheduled months away even when you say you are in pain and then when you get to the office the average wait time is 2 hours.

She is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. Does not call back in emergencies, Does not tell truth about her practice or follow-thru. I have called her office several times with severe arthritic pain and not received a response. Would never recommend her.

Does not care her patients, does not call back even when she has seen you and told you something is happening. She had to send me to ER, then the doctors could not get her on the phone. When I came out the nest day I started to call, day and night, spoke to her office staff sometimes twice a day, she still have not called back, meanwhile i'm in a lot of pain. Just very stressful and disappointing, and very very scary that this person is supposed to monitoring your health condition!

I couldn't even get anyone on the phone for days to make an appointment. You call, they leave you on hold with an annoying hold message every 15 seconds and then after a few minutes get transferred to voicemail.....and then if you miss their call back you go through the same routine.
