As professional as they come. Took his time on the examination checked everything possible for Eyes. Gave appropriate recommendations for the future and the experience was as pleasant as could be

LOVE HIM!!! Kind, knowledgeable, compassionate… music choice AMAZING…. And there is nothing, for me, then going to the doctor… any doctor! My husband and I have been going to him for years. We like the Galloway office for accessibility.

I had my first eye exam at 40 and I'm so happy to have done it with Dr. Smith. My exam was extensive. He really did a great job checking vision, eye health and overall health. He considers the whole person in the examination and took all aspects of my heath into account. I have a lung disease that can sometimes impact the eye and he was thoughtful and kind and gentle. I was totally impressed by how professional and thoughtful he was - so much so that I brought my kids back to him the following year. You can't go wrong with Dr. Smith.

I had an incident where I was seeing flashes on the side of my eye. I called Dr. Smith’s office and the staff were wonderful. They got me in to see the doctor almost immediately as an emergency. Dr. Smith was very thorough. He was very assuring. I will definitely go back to him next time I need to change my prescription for my glasses. I didn’t have to pay anything because I was on Medicare and it covered the visit since the visit was emergency status.

Rude office staff

I had Dr Smith perform cataract surgery he was not at all like some of the nasty reviews I read he was pleasant and my eye is great...but the office staff especially Eileen are horrible to deal with ...Very disorganized not helpful and apparently don’t care! Even though I was very satisfied with Dr Smith I could not recommend this office it is the Doctors responsibility to make sure he has a staff in place that treats patients well and don’t act like your bothering them for simple paperwork that takes literally 2 minutes...caused me a lot of unnecessary problems.

I find it utterly unbelievable that this nasty old man is still practicing medicine, let alone licensed to do so. Worst attitude and "bedside manner" of any physician I've ever seen. Actually curses and complains about patients right next to the waiting room, and then insults them when they say something about it. Not to mention the fact that he practically blinded my mother. The stairs leading to the office (no parking lot) are a death trap. Malpractice waiting to happen.

Unbelievable that this nasty old man is still practicing medicine. Is he really licensed? Rude, hostile, incompetent and vulgar don't begin to sum up the worst experience I've ever had in a physician's office. Never again!

Initial appointment was impressed by office staff. However, the doctor seemed rude and rushed for an initial appointment. His explanation for my problem was very unsatisfactory. Will definitely not return.
