He lied to my face. I went in so he could look at a mole. He asked if I wanted it removed and I told him I ONLY want the procedure if it is FULLY covered by my insurance. He told me it would be fully covered, so we went ahead with the procedure. About 4 months later, I received a bill for over $600!! Dr. Robert Nossa lied directly to my face about the cost. To top it all off, the scar that was left is even bigger and darker than the mole was. If I could rate 0/10 I would. Seems like he only cares about the money, not about customer satisfaction.

My 1st visit with Dr. Nossa was a very positive experience all around. The staff & his assistant were professional & on time with my appointment. I did not feel rushed in my screening and everything was clearly explained by the doctor. Would highly recommend.

Dr Nossa was very professional . It was my first time with Botox And I was very nervous . He took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all . He made me feel very comfortable and he did a fantastic job. I will be returning :)

I love Dr. Nossa and his staff. He is thorough, straight forward, and has a nice bedside manner. The staff is great, polite, and despite being very busy the office is efficiently run. I recommend them highly.
