Saw Dr Zucconi 5/2/23 for my son who had twisted his knee cap and had some pain, soreness and tenderness. Was impressed with his knowledge but after telling us that he was getting him a brace and ordering an MRI, we were left in the room for 40 mins additional because Dr left and forgot to give nurse instructions. We were there 2 hrs total, with half of it sitting in the patient room. Nurse said she didn’t even realize we were still there. Premier used to be a premiere facility but patient care is not what it used to be.

I went to see Dr. Zucconi due to a recent concussion. He did a quick assessment and gave me sound advise on how to proceed. He was professional and informative. If my condition does not improve, I will be returning.

I took my son for a possible sports injury. He was very professional. He was focused and even concerned about what could be the issue. Spoke clear and ordered test he felt would give him a clearer picture. He’s confident in his knowledge. That gave me peace.

From the moment you open the door until the Tim you are checked out. Customer service is excellent! Making an appointment is excellent! You can text a request to be seen. Dr. Zucconi is wonderful! Excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel safe and comfortable!!!
