List of Advocare Family Medicine Associates Vineland's Reviews
they don't answer the phone or call back. it shouldn't take 2 days or longer to refill a medication at the pharmacy or at least tell someone you arent going to
Dr. Kuptsow has always been very kind and caring to my mom. She has seen him for years and likes hims as a physician. However, the support staff could learn some professionalism from City Hospitals like Jefferson. Be kinder to the 98 yr. Old patients.Speak louder when calling them into an office; they have hearing aids. Speak with a smile. At the computer, in the exam room, turn your body to face the elderly so they can hear you. Learn how to speak with a polite smile. Do not eat your snacks where visible to the patients who are in the waiting room. Take a snack break in private. Remember your patients have come for healing, not for aggravstion. Please do not raise their Blood Pressure while they wait.
My husband and I love Dr. Kuptsow. He listens and he's is kind and knowledgeable. I was also finally correctly diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disease by one of the covering doctors after an urgent appointment in which I was showing symptoms. It had taken a few years before I got to this practice to get correctly diagnosed so I'm quite grateful to them. On occasion I have had a little trouble with the performance of the support staff and the business practices. That would be my only criticism. That and the fact that my doctor is only in the office in Vineland 2 days a week. Anything i need has to be obtained on rhose 2 days and it limits appointments available to 2 days a week. But it's been several yeaes now. We make it work. I wouldn't change doctors!
Advocare is the best medical office, all of the doctors are excellent but my favorite is Doctor L. Quinlann. I absolutely love her. She is very concern of your well being. If you have a health problem she will go to no end to find the solution. Dr. Quinlan is the best!! I have been going to advocare since they first took over the office in Williamstown with Dr. R. Golden, Dr. Golden went up and beyond to care for his clients, Dr. Golden saved my life, and I will Always be indebted to Dr. Golden, I will never forget what he did and how fast he acted that saved my life. God bless you always Dr.Golden. Barbara Betancourt
I gave 4 stars ONLY because I very much like Dr. Quinlan. However, her staff leaves a lot to be desired. Recent visit I was told by nurse my blood pressure was way too high. When the Dr. took it, it was not. That's just one example. Another time, a nurse told me my EKG was abnormal which startled me since I had just been to my cardiologist and I was told all was fine. The nurse at Dr. Quinlan's office didn't go beyond reading the words abnormal at the top of the page without checking what it was about. Are they giving out nursing degrees at Walmart now? I have recently experienced an allergic reaction (hives on my entire body) and had to go to ER on a Saturday morning. It was caused by an antibiotic that I was prescribed. Trying to get some information from the office staff is like pulling teeth. Never had to deal with such rude and ignorant nurses. The only one that gave me any time or assistance was LuLu. Too bad that Dr. Quinlan can't find more like her.
I've been coming here for over 18 years. Although my doctor is Dr Kuptsow, all of the doctor's are very nice to deal with.
It is a bit of a wait to get your 1st appointment but she spends alot if time with you ... absolutely love Dr. Quinlynn
My mother is a patient and she had an issue over the weekend so I called the answering service at noon on Sat. Was told the covering doctor would call me. At 5pm I called again since I'd heard nothing. At 6:30 the Dr called and it seemed like he felt I was bothering him. Told me to take Mom to any Urgent Care. I stopped at the office this morning for a urine analysis kit and they told me once the doctor wrote the script they would call me. Still waiting. 3 hours later still waiting. I guess they have too many patients to care for. They would have 1 less if up to me.
Contrary to the previous reviews, I never have a problem getting an appointment. It seems like every time I get sick, it's on a Friday and they get me in right away. From the time I walk into the office to the time I am driving away in my car is usually under an hour. I love that! All the Doctors I've seen are very thorough and personable. I would recommend this office to anyone.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Quinlan, but trying to schedule a sick visit is impossible! They typically expect you to call next business day for a same day sick appointment, but this doesn't always work for those with full time jobs. We need to give our boss notice for things like this, not just walk out for an appointment that is suddenly available (that wasn't the day before). I understand business is business, but I thought the whole point of a primary care doctor was to see them when you are well/ill or any medical need that is not urgent. I've had to go to urgent care on several occasions simply because they are not available - i feel as if I'm unable to establish a true relationship with my primary care doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
