When I called to get information and to set up an appointment the FIRST thing I asked was if they had sedation ie:gas or anesthesia because YES I am a baby when it comes to the dentist and it's a lot of work that needs to be done and she said YES, she wasn't sure what kind but yes they did indeed have it and to ask when I got there. I made the appointment and when I drove the 50 minutes to get there they still weren't there. My appt was for 8am. At 8:05am myself and another patient started banging on the door after making several failed attempts at phone calls. A woman carrying a BABY neither wearing a mask unlocked the door and told me I need a mask. I told her I have a medical condition and cannot wear one. She rolled her eyes and sighed as she walked back into the office area. Next another lady comes out and tells me I still need a mask in an aggressive manner and I told her I will just leave because I don't wear them. She told me not to after we exchanged a few more words. Then when I get into the exam room I asked about sedation and she says WE DON'T OFFER ANY OF THAT HERE. Very very furious after everything I went through and because that was the FIRST question I asked. Definitely looking elsewhere.

Took my son here, based on the recommendations of three friends. They were fast, affordable and my son is very happy with the quality of his partial. The one we replaced was so uncomfortable he kept taking it out (he didn’t get that one here) and lost it. The one he got from Affordable Denture is very comfortable for him. I highly recommend!

Great job but... I got hit with an extra $92.00 bill. I went in for a cleaning and Xrays. I was told that this visit was going to cost me $171.00. I saved for that. They took an extra Xray, that I did not know was something separate and did not inform me that it was going to cost me an additional $92.00. I found this out, when I went to pay. This disturbs me a lot. If they had said that this was going to cost me an extra $92.00 I would have told them to skip it, because I could not afford it at this time. My hygienist did a fantastic job on the cleaning, and my teeth look awesome, but I just wish I could have left there with a better taste in my mouth about the experience.
