Dr Monaghan is a genius, my wrist feels amazing just after 6 short weeks, staff and PT are also fantastic, after the new year I will get my other wrist done and I finally can use my hands again with no pain. Highly recommended.

Everyone in the office is polite, and professional. Dr. Monaghan is doing everything in his ability to work magic on what was the crushed, with a severe laceration on the thumb of my dominant hand. Would definitely recommend to anyone having issues that fall into his practice.

I had a finger avulsion caused by a kitchen mandolin 3 weeks ago. Upon a follow-up to my primary, she felt I needed to see a specialist as I had not healed properly. The same day, after a quick x-ray, Dr. Monaghan saw me and quickly and ascertively fixed me up! What I expected to be a painful, unpleasant, potentially surgical procedure was converted into an easy, only momentarily painful procedure and I was out of the office within an hour. I am healing perfectly and quickly now and only wish I would have seen him two weeks ago. He and his entire staff have a great sense of humor and excellent bedside manner.

Sadly Dr. Monaghan is more concerned with talking then listening. I've never had a doctor care less about how I "feel". He found every opportunity to talk down to me or over me instead of seeking my input on how I feel. He only goal was to get in, say what he wanted to say, and get out. Nowhere was helping me part of that equation.
