Better communication After seeing the doctor I had a situation with my meds. I’ve tried calling the doctor for Weeks and she never called me back about my meds. I’ve been out my medication until my next visit and even after that no communication when I seen the NP. NP Thomas listen to me a help out more then the doctor. I’ve been going to Releivus since 2015-2016 back then you would call and a person from the office would pick up the phone and help, now it’s this answering service which SUCKS. LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THE DOCTOR WOH DOESN'T CALL BACK. Patients just want to be heard. We are in pain and we trust in this practice to help us with this. I really don’t like complaining about things and really didn’t want to leave this review but this is a PROBLEM.
I have had professional Care with Dr E. For quite some time now. She is very knowledgeable at her job and she also answers as many questions as she asks. Don't be afraid of that last name and she is a sweetheart
One of the worst doctors I've ever seen. Will never recommend. Doesn't listen at all, has never done an exam. All she is interested in doing is procedures, no other options offered. I guess when you have good insurance it seems like she's all about the money and not about the care of the patient. I was in her office crying in pain, barely able to walk and she writes on my chart "mild discomfort." Seen in the office on Monday and still no pain meds on Friday. Ridiculous!!! DON'T GO TO HER!!!
This doctor is only concern with the state new rules. It not fair to those of us that have a Legitimate chronic condition. She does not care about her patients at all. She doesn’t listen any longer. Her bed side manners are horrible now. If I could find another doctor I would. I see other states setting up help for people, why isn’t this an option instead of cutting my pain meds why I’m I suffering. She has never given me a lot of medication, just enough to help my pain, but now she is cutting that every time I see her. My pain is out of control so now I’m going to have to seek other options that could stop my pain. I thought my doctor should care but she no longer does. She is ranking in the money so that what she care most about!!!!!!
Excellent every time I see her which is once a month.
Amy listened to my concerns.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
