His dry eye procedure is snake-oil. I did see him - he's acting like he didn't see me.Don't waste your time or money.

I went to Dr. Pernelli for dry eyes and paid $300 CASH and he did the pulsed light treatment. It was WORTHLESS. It did absolutely nothing. He also sold me an expensive cream that he said I had to use too that was no different than a $3 cream you'd get at the drug store. The next day I had the same problems. BEWARE: THIS IS SNAKE OIL. I called and requested a refund and the receptionist was rude and told me that I had to go 4 TIMES in order to get results. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS IN ADVANCE. WHO HAS THE MONEY TO PAY $1200 CASH? This place does not care if they take your money with ZERO RESULTS and they DID NOT TELL ME IN ADVANCE THAT I HAD TO GO FOUR TIMES FOR $300 APIECE. THEN she told me that even when you do the procedure FOUR TIMES it doesn't last. SNAKE OIL! SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!

I went to Dr. Pernelli for a procedure and paid a lot of money for it. He insisted on cash which was odd. It did not work. I was told that I had to return again and pay even more money. Terrible terrible experience. Rude office staff.

I went to him for dry eyes and he charged me $300 cash for a pulsed light treatment and IT DID NOT WORK. I asked for my money back and the office girl was not pleasant and told me that it was explained to me that the procedure has to be "repeated" This was not explained to me. The procedure is a waste of time and money.

I paid a lot of money for a procedure and was not told in advance that the procedure had to be repeated. It did not work and I asked for a refund. I called and emailed repeatedly and no one returned my call. When I called again the receptionist was mean. Expensive, frustrating, and terrible experience.

Dr. Pernelli is a perfectionist. I would definitely recommend him. His office staff are like old friends, a pleasant experience.

After a contact lense fitting ($$) Dr. Pernelli ordered contacts for me ($$) without letting me try out the contacts first. I couldn't see properly and had to take them out to warch TV. I went back and he said it was because I had dry eye. I have bought 4 products from him for dry eye and I see no difference ...maybe because I never had any symptoms! Spent $$$ for contacts I CAN'T WEAR! Extremely disappointed with Dr. Pernelli. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Pernelli is an excellent physician. He is very humble, but a brilliant doctor who can be trusted to give the best quality of care. He is a goodlistener, patient and very kind.
